I enjoyed the facial and our interaction. My face has a little dermatitis and I was concerned so I came to see her, but one day after my facial, my face is visibly brighter, and the dermatitis is somewhat diminished. I'm looking forward to my next visit, which will be a massage and pedicure. I love this little shop and I'm sure you will too. It's not the Marriott, the ambiance is not that super spa feel...but I far prefer this intimate setting to the indifference I have experienced at bigger venues. I highly recommend Instincive Massage of you're looking for a place for spa type services.

I had a really weird experience over the phone. I called the number listed for the business, and…read morewhen the lady picked up the phone, one of the first things she did was ask, "How did you get this number?" When I told her it is the one listed, I think she even asked me where it was listed. Like it wasn't supposed to be listed? Then, when I asked if she had any openings, she said, "Let me explain something to you, I have people scheduled for weeks out..." I actually ended up cutting her off because at that point, I didn't feel comfortable even if there was availability. So maybe if you're someone trying to find something new in the area, don't go with this business unless you know someone who knows someone. That's probably a better way to book with her than through the phone number that is listed.
