She does not honor the $25 gift when you refer friends (I've referred 2 friends and she changes her story every time concerning the $25 gift for referring). I was also there Friday 9/26 and the air conditioning was not working and she did not send anyone over to fix it. It was so uncomfortably hot and the employees had to work in those conditions all day. She is not a good business owner as she can be very rude but I continue to go because of Thao and Anna is also a great nail tech who gets a 5 star rating.

I only took a star off because the walls are thin and you can hear people chatting sometimes. But the massage itself was great! I really couldn't beat the price. The lady was really professional. She made me feel comfortable. And we did do a hot stone massage as well. This was definitely a hidden gem. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. It's in the strip mall right there at the corner on Newtown in Virginia Beach boulevard. So if you get a little hungry, plenty to eat there too! They take credit card or cash. Call ahead to make sure they can make a space for you. I highly recommend having your masseuse walk on your back. It feels great!

She takes the time to explain the process, sets realistic expectations, and truly cares about the health of my hair while helping me achieve my goal. What impressed me even more today was watching her remain professional, patient, and kind despite dealing with some challenging and less-than-polite customers. No matter what was happening around her, she stayed focused on her clients and made sure everyone felt taken care of. Dalbe is talented, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. I walked in and still she didn't ask my name, just what do you want? I asked for an eyebrow wax and brow/ lash tint and she said we'll see. As she waxed my brows she kept saying how I REALLY needed this but didn't even do the top of my brow! Then she put the tint on my brows and lashes and never even asked if I'd had this done before, if I was uncomfortable or if my skin was hurting/ burning. The nail in the coffin for me was when she charged me $50.00 for a $35.00 service according to her own website! I have all of this black tint under my eyes like a football player! My husband asked me why I was crying and my daughter asked if I messed up my mascara. Bottom line... DO NOT have these services done by Regina and if you do go there VERIFY and AGREE to the price BEFORE you have any services done! I WAS RIPPED OFF!!! The only reason I even gave 1 star was because she answered the phone.
