I was also there Friday 9/26 and the air conditioning was not working and she did not send anyone over to fix it. It was so uncomfortably hot and the employees had to work in those conditions all day. She is not a good business owner as she can be very rude but I continue to go because of Thao and Anna is also a great nail tech who gets a 5 star rating.
