How is this woman still open?! She had great reviews on Groupon. My friend got us two 75 minute massages and facials. She was extremely flaky the entire time trying to book! It took us a month and a half to get an appt and she said she can only do one person at a time, so clearly she has no employees. She then texts us one hour before the appt and says she has an emergency. She asks us if we want to reschedule for 2 hours later than our original time (kind of weird if you just had an emergency but okay) then says, unless you want to do another day. Well considering we had to wait a month and a half we were going to take the next available time, 2 hours later. She texts us AGAIN to cancel right before the appt. I can't believe she had good reviews on Groupon. After looking on here and other places now I know. Beware!!! She's a scam! Edit: just noticed she told another negative reviewer this is "not her character" and she had a migraine. Actually, apparently it is because I've been reading other people say the same thing! Also, you have 2 yelp accounts...convenient that this one has more positive ones. Sounds like you tried to start a new one. Second edit because I can't respond to Amanda's response to my review. Attached is her excuse. Amanda I'm sorry if you're telling the truth and I hope all is well with your friend but unfortunately you cannot be believed. You have MULTIPLE bad reviews with people saying you came up with excuses to cancel. Sorry, but it is what is it. Do better! read more

Had a massage appointment today 8/31/2016 at 6:15pm. Door was locked, no one answered my texts, phone calls or voicemails. My wife purchased this for my birthday through groupon. If I could give no stars I would......is there anyway to receive a refund? Your working times state you were supposed to be open today until 8pm. Disappointed, might as well try a different place. Also Monday I received a phone call from her asking me to reschedule a Monday appointment to Thursday, she sounded completely inebriated and I had to explain to her that my appointment was on Wednesday not Monday. I should have known. I called and texted Amanda for an appointment (Groupon purchase). I did not hear back for several days. When she did finally get back with me, she was nice enough... Chatty and seemed anxious to meet up. We made an appointment. I texted her the day before my appointment, like she asked, to confirm id be there. No response. The day of my appointment, i texted and called a couple times and got no response. I showed up to the location at the agreed upon time. Doors locked. None in sight. What a waste of my time. There's a reason why Amanda has such an amazing rating! I think someone said that she's got "magic hands". Oh yes she does! I walked into the appointment with a twisted neck and pulled pelvic muscle. I walked out feeling amazing. It's been two weeks and I'm still relaxed! Her skill is amazing. I don't know how she got into those spots but she managed to release the tensions in those muscles. Amanda knows when to put pressure and when to let it go. This was suppose to be a prenatal massage but with all of those trouble areas, she used force when it's needed and gently massage areas where it's not tense. I felt so relaxed walking out of there. I was supposed to have an appointment in October after a big race, but Amanda asked to reschedule. I moved things around to make the new appointment, and she asked to reschedule again. I had too much going on to reschedule for November, so I made a December appointment after another big race. I texted her the morning of my appointment to confirm, and she finally texted back five hours later to say that she had to reschedule due to a cold. I'm not rescheduling again to have her cancel a fourth time. I wish I could have had a great experience with her like some of the others on here. read more

Ok so my appointment with Amanda was quite the experience.. First off she was 30 minutes late, when I she finally got there and I came in she said inappropriate things like I'm a hot and sexy client and offered me wine. After that when I was getting undressed for my massage she walked in there without knocking on the door. She asked me to take my underwear and ddnt even leave the room to give me privacy !Then later asked me to be her friend for free massages..etc The whole session was unprofessional .She's a very friendly person and great massage therapist.. It is unfortunate that I felt so compelled to finally give my first online review because my experience with this 'business' was so unprofessional. For Christmas, my daughter purchased a voucher for me to get a massage here at yelp because she is in the military and could not go in person. I scheduled an appt with Amanda, who then texted me a few hours prior to the appointment to cancel because she was sick and asked to reschedule. Not a problem. I texted her back and subsequently heard nothing. I texted a couple of times over the next week as well as called and left a message. A little over a week later she texted me to see if I wanted to reschedule because she supposedly hadn't received my texts or call. Upon the second attempt at an appointment she just pulled a no-show, with no call or anything, which is perhaps my biggest pet peeve. I texted and left messages, but I'm not expecting any professionalism at this point. I hope that Yelp will refund my daughter's money because she was really trying to do a nice thing for her mom and this person ruined it. read more
