Do NOT come to this establishment. My experience was extremely disappointing, and the way this…read moresituation was handled by the front reception was unprofessional and lacked basic communication. I arrived approximately 5 minutes late for my appointment (11:20 a.m. for an 11:15 a.m. appointment) and had already communicated beforehand that I would be arriving at 11:18 a.m. I understand that late arrivals can affect appointment times, but what was never communicated was that this would result in losing treatment time or that choosing to reschedule to receive the full service would result in an $40 cancellation fee. Instead of clearly explaining the policy and giving me all the information upfront, I was told after the fact that the fee would be applied. I was charged $40 unfairly for a gift appointment from my friend, who is a weekly client at this establishment. After this experience, I have already encouraged her to take her business elsewhere. The massage therapist also did not provide a welcoming experience upon arrival. Rather than greeting me professionally and warmly, the interaction immediately felt as though I was an inconvenience and that the shortened appointment was being emphasized instead of trying to provide a positive client experience. Policies are one thing, but communication and customer service matter. Unfortunately, this establishment failed in both areas.

She was there for all of my prenatal and postpartum massages, except during my last pregnancy (when I found out she moved all of a sudden), and she truly helped my body heal every time I kneaded her. Most of the time during my massages, she would converse with me, which sometimes I didn't mind at all. She always had the funniest stories! The only cons I recall are when she was booked during the holidays, sometimes the music would shut off and I could hear loud hallway conversations from the business neighbors, 1-2x she answered her phone, and the 2-3x her next client would open her door during my session or after while I was still getting dressed... A few awkward moments but her massages were too worth it to keep returning. I'm so grateful I found her and I will definitely miss having her as my go to massage therapist. We both decided to go with the 60 minute massage just to give it a try and we were both fairly happy with our massages. Mei was my massage therapist and she did an excellent job with my swedish massage. She really hit all the stress/tension points in my body and I definitely feel like I got what I paid for. They offer a cash discount so my massage was $65 and they make you upfront which I thought was a little weird but went along with it. You can leave a tip at the end which we did. There were a few downsides unfortunately, I feel like the walls are very thin and I heard various conversions during my massage and there was a bit of a communication issue when getting the massages started. Overall though, I'd be open to coming back since Mei really did such a great job.

During my first visit, I specifically requested a firm massage. What I received was the most painful massage of my life. I was sore for days afterward and had purple bruises across my back for nearly a week. Needing some last-minute relief, I decided to give them a second chance and asked for a much gentler massage. Unfortunately, that experience was just as concerning. The massage therapist kept her rings on during the session, and I could feel them scratching against my skin. Even more unprofessional, she stopped in the middle of the massage to answer her cell phone and carry on a lengthy conversation in another language while I was on the table. At the end of the appointment, I was told I had to pay through Zelle, which felt unusual and unprofessional. Overall, the entire experience felt disorganized, uncomfortable, and questionable. Based on my experiences, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
