At 7:15 I got up to see if I would be helped further and the same woman appeared from the back room and said "we're busy, sorry." I asked why she accepted the reservation if they were busy and her blank stare suggested her English was not advanced enough for the question. Left disappointed and concerned with their business practices.

I'm disappointed in any business not willing to honor a gift card, cash was accepted for a service I expect a service or refund.
