The process of booking a treatment with Kelly was seamless, and communicating with her was incredibly easy. With her extensive knowledge and soothing demeanor, I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated after the professional massage. Kelly's intuitive approach to working with the body is impressive, and I highly recommend her services at Cloud 9 - she's truly an amazing massage therapist. read more

Can't say enough good things about Kelley and Cloud Nine. Super cozy and relaxing space, incredible massage, reasonable prices, and Kelley herself is as warm and kind as anyone could hope for. Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back next time I need a reset. Just fantastic across the board read more

My husband and I both got massages during our vacation in the bass lake area. Kelly gave him a massage in the morning and looked after me in the afternoon. She gave us a full massage experience, even going over time. Her hands are magical and super firm. Even though she ran overtime, she asked me to sit down for a few minutes afterwards and chatted, before I ran back to my hectic to-do lists that never end. A great treat for us! read more

A sleepwalking slave to American medicine; not a healer in any sense of the word. Just a big pretender. I drove half an hour to her facility only for her to tell me she was afraid to do my massage due to a preexisting condition I had disclosed to another facility. Moreover, her space was hot and stuffy. I felt asphyxiated by the vibe. I guess I ended up dodging a bullet. Avoid this massage therapist and find someone who actually has a holistic understanding of the human body. read more

My husband, daughter and I all needed massages after days of hiking and activity at Yosemite! My daughter and I had Kelly as our massage therapist and she was absolutely amazing. I asked for medium relaxation and the massage was just right, the environment is also so relaxing with the soft music and salt lamps glowing. She was friendly and down to earth! My husband had Dani as his massage therapist for his deep tissue combo. He said she applied the right amount of pressure and he could feel all the tightness around his shoulders and lower back release! Working from home the past 16 months and a week of intense activity in the park have done a number on us, and we are so glad we came in, we highly recommend Cloud 9 and are so thankful for the time to unwind and get some spot on treatments. read more

I am pretty sure today I had THE BEST massage in my life!!! And I had many many massages, trust me. Dani is incredibly talented masseuse. She gave a perfect combination of relaxation and therapeutic touch. In addition to the Devine massage, the bed had Jade stone infrared matt, which took the massage to the next level. If I lived closer, I would be scheduling my weekly appointments right now. read more

Kelly is amazing! whether she is giving me a massage or a facial, she is always kind and professional and gives excellent service. She is always on time and great with making appointments. Her massages are by far the best in the mountains. She always takes the time to listen to your aches and pains, and always addresses them and then some out of all the massages I've had she is absolutely the best hands-down. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing massage or great facial. read more

I was looking for a place where my friend and I could get a massage at the same time, near Bass lake. I discovered the masseuse's in the area were primarily one person operations. I explained this to Kelly, and while she normally has a second person, they were unavailable. Kelly came to my friends house and gave us back to back, 90 minute massages. She is wonderful. We absolutely loved meeting Kelly and we are both extremely relaxed. Highly recommend!!! read more

Kelly At Cloud Nine Will Take Great Care Of You! After spending a week in the mountains hiking and working on my cabin, I was treated with a full body relaxation experience calming all my muscles down. my wife and I went there for the first time. We've been to different places over the years. My wife had Kelly and I had her assistance. I went for an hour and my wife one and an half hour. As after any of our previous massages over the years we disgusted how the massage was for both of us. It got a two thumbs up. We told Kelly we'll be back. She is a very professional person. read more

Literally the best massage I have ever had hands down. Kelly immediately knew where my troubled areas were located just by putting her hand on my head & back. I only gave her a little bit of info on my problematic areas. I also came into the appointment with a massive headache by the time she was finished it was gone. I Highly recommend Kelly & Cloud Nine Massage!! read more

Seriously one of the best "spa packages" I've ever had, massage and facial. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

An Oasis in Oakhurst As a former racing cyclist and triathlete I have been fortunate to receive many great massages in my life. Though most of the therapists I've had have been well trained, not one of them can hold a candle to Kelly at Cloud Nine. Why? Aren't massages pretty much the same? Well, the areas being massaged are the same, but Kelly's compassion and caring make hers unique. She intuitively finds your problem areas and makes everything feel better. If we go over time, she doesn't stop abruptly-she keeps going until she knows you're done. I've never felt like I was being rushed. That in itself helps you relax even more. I sincerely recommend the 90 minute massage. You really need to give it that much time so your body can truly unwind. Life is tough. A great massage can make things better in many ways. Try Cloud Nine. You will not be disappointed. read more

Overall- below satisfaction. First, their prices online are not accurate. I booked two 70 min massages for a Friday at 630, Kelly called the next day and said we had to reschedule for Friday at 2. I called around but no other spa/massage was available for 630, so we said 2 pm would have to work. I thought this to be unprofessional but I really wanted a massage so I let it go. I informed Kelly my husband and I both like firm/deep tissue pressure and she said that was no problem. We arrive at 145 to make sure there is plenty of time to set up. My husband went with Kelly and I went with her assistant (Alexi?). My massage was nowhere near what I wanted or asked for. I asked several times for more pressure but she just couldn't deliver. It was more of a Swedish massage. Also, from the time she started the massage to the end was only 60 min, not 70. I still paid for the 70, but it was so not worth the money. My husband said his was not fine, it I definitely left very dissapointed... read more

Cloud 9 massage! Just had a 70 minute massage with owner Kelly Hughes. Wonderful relaxing rejuvenating quiet not a lot of conversation with soft soothing music. I could feel all of the stress and tension leaving body. I highly recommend a massage here for anyone. She has gift certificates available. Great Christmas gift. I'm going back soon for a facial! read more

I have been getting massages from Kelly for about 3 years. I have been to numerous other masseuses over the years and Kelly is hands down the best masseuse I have ever experienced. I have been out of the area for a couple years and recently returned and had another fabulous 2 hour massage. Her treatment was even better than I remembered. She continues to learn new approaches and integrates them into her technique. I cannot recommend her highly enough! read more

Kelly is professional and very talented I suffer from a back injury and she always makes me feel better. Several months ago I couldn't sit and hardly walk. Today I can do both for an extended length of time. I give Kelly credit for that because surgeries and drugs had failed. Can't wait for the next visit! read more

I was so happy with my massage from Kelli and Alexi. I made an appointment last minute and they got me in the same day, I than requested another massage for the week after and it was just as amazing. Kelli and Alexi are amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am a plumber and have neck and back problems and they somehow make all my tension and knots go away and I will continue to go back as often as possible to them both. I didn't know anything about getting a massage cause this was actually my first 2 times ever, they both walked me through everything and were very professional. I could not ask for a better massage from both of them, I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Whatever you do, DO NOT FORGET ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT. We had just begun settling in to our new home and starting our jobs here in Oakhurst, when my husband purchased a $100 gift card to Cloud Nine for my birthday. I called and scheduled my appointment for a few weeks out. Still adjusting to life/work schedule in Oakhurst, I completely forgot about my appointment. I remembered a few days later that I was a no show and immediately called apologizing for any inconvenience and needed to reschedule whenever was most convenient for Kelly. She never returned my call and yet, still had my money for the prepaid massage. After countless efforts of calling and going to the office, she FINALLY returns my phone call SIX MONTHS LATER saying "I've been giving it a lot of thought of how to handle this." I was NOT happy. She initially was telling me I was out of luck and out of my money because I inconvenience her time and her time is valuable. Which is fine, but I wanted my money back. We had paid for a service that I never received. She wasn't going to give it back because again, "her time is valuable". After a very intense conversation, my husband had to reason with her the best he could.. She agreed to decrease the time of the massage for the full amount we paid. Figuring that was better than losing all our money, we agreed. However, I ended never going to get the "deal" she offered due to the awkwardness of having her massage me after such a heated conversation. Worst customer service and experience ever. I will never recommend her to anyone. read more

Kelly was extremely accommodating on a short notice when I booked this for my husband. The massage was excellent, pressure applied was just right. Atmosphere was nice. Price point was appropriate for the service, $90 for 70 minutes. (Cash or check only). Would definitely recommend going to Kelly! read more
