At 7:15 I got up to see if I would be helped further and the same woman appeared from the back room and said "we're busy, sorry." I asked why she accepted the reservation if they were busy and her blank stare suggested her English was not advanced enough for the question. A lady came to the front and took the $70 for one hour. She took me back to a very nice room to the right. The room was very clean also, everything looked fresh. This place had no bad smells. Mary came back and started a very good one hour massage. She speaks good English and checked on the pressure several times. I got a very relaxing massage for my full hour. I asked for a refund, if you can't get me in then give me the cash and I'll go someplace else The receptionist said "No we don't do that here". Everyone I talked to was rude and the conversation was frustrating. No manager was available during all 4 calls. I gave the gift card back to my husband and told him to go get a foot rub, if you can get an appointment. I'm disappointed in any business not willing to honor a gift card, cash was accepted for a service I expect a service or refund. It's coming up on a year and the gift card will be void due to the limitations. Now I'd not let them touch me for fear of retaliation. What a waste of money and my time.
