I have tried for years to find someone who could work on my neck without making it worse. I finally found that person in Robert. I have always had a very tight neck. A few years ago I suddenly started getting migraines, especially after drinking the tiniest bit of alcohol. I have very social friends so this was devastating to me. Robert worked on my neck weekly for about 3-4 months and I found I could tolerate a drink or two. After 6 or 7 months I could once again drink beer, wine etc. and have only had 1 migraine in 6 months. Not to mention my neck feels great. I am a regular weekly client now and I have never been disappointed. Pre-session Kate determines if I have any specific concerns and makes sure to address them during the session. Good deal on Groupon. I can say I was relaxed by the massage but I was very disappointed in the environment. The other massage therapist was not even trying to be quiet during my massage. You can hear people talking in the next room and every word of their conversation while they are in the lobby. And even after the other customer left, the other massage therapist continued to make noise. Very distracting and NOT relaxing. Also the lights in the room are not very dim so when you are face up it brighter than I would want for trying to relax with a massage. read more

I received a groupon as a gift for a 30 minute massage here. I knew I would need more than that, so I asked if I could upgrade to a 60 minute. I guess they do 75 minute instead of 60 (on groupon) so I paid the amount of the groupon and got a 75 minute! Scott was great! Really cool guy, friendly, and professional. I've had tons of massages in the past, but he still took the time to get to know me, learn what I wanted and explain the techniques he likes to use and why he uses them. I personally like when I know why they're doing what they're doing. I also love the fact that this is a business run by massage therapists and not administrators. Absolutely horrible! I went here for manicures and pedicures with two friends and not only were the appointment times not kept, it took them three hours for three manis and two pedis (minimal massage if you could call it that), the attitude of the nail tech was very snippy while the other lady talked about how hungover she was. My friends pedicure was so bad she had nail polish all over her skin and the techs response was "it should come off in the shower". Horrendous customer service on all accounts and the owner when presented with how the pedicures turned out slid a $5 bill like that would cover the mandatory 18% tip we had to pay. I actually use to work for a massage and facial spa, so I have had my fair share of amazing massages which means I am always a little hesitant to try new places. But after I saw all of the other great reviews for Massage All and Robert I decided to try him. First off, the place is super cute, cozy, and clean, you feel very comfortable right when you walk in. Robert greeted me before the massage and we discussed what areas for him to focus on. He did a great job of listening and letting me know the plan ahead of time. My massage it was amazing! Robert really did live up to his reviews :) He worked out a lot of the stress and knots that I have been carrying around for months all in one session. Unfortunately, this was not the best experience I have had with a massage. I bought my groupon for a 90 minute massage and made my appointment online, nice and easy! I chose to go to the Arvada location, which was a bit difficult to find. The studio was in a basement of a business building and I felt like I was making my way through a maze of offices and corridors. When I arrived at the office, a few minutes before my appointment time, there was no one there. I waited for about five minutes when finally the receptionist arrived. She checked me in, had me fill out a health form and got my groupon number. She said she needed to change the sheets from the last customer and I would be all ready. When she came back to tell me the room was ready I thought the therapist would come out and greet me. It turns out the receptionist was the therapist. She took me back and went over my form with me (an additional ten minutes) then had me lie down and said she would be right back. I waited with my face down for over five minutes. When she came back it was 1:25 (my appointment was for 1:00). She spent the next fifteen to twenty minutes talking about a variety of chiropractors she knew and worked for and how that could assist me. While she was very thorough and the massage was relaxing, she stopped at 2:35 and quickly left to get her next appointment who was in the waiting room. I felt bad that she had to be both a receptionist and the therapist, but I was disappointed that I only received a 70 minute massage, when I should have received a 90, especially since she was running late to begin with.
