I paid $72 for a 60-minute massage with hot stones. The place was easy to find and very clean. The massage itself was not, consistent on my left and right side but it did the trick. I did take off 1.5 stars because I made an appointment at 5:15 and they were not able to take me until after 5:30. The place was fairly empty however my masseuse kept the door open and was going in and out a few times to grab things and answer the phone. (Awkward since I was basically naked.) Last thing is pushiness on tips. I tipped around 15% and they whipped out a laminated paper telling me how much I should tip, and the minimum for 60 minutes is $20. That always makes things very uncomfortable. Overall, 3.5 experience.

Therapist did not adjust the end time. So my 1 hour massage was actually just 40 minutes. -It was hard to communicate with my therapist. It seems she knows no English at all. She parroted common phrases without understanding responses. During the massage, my attempts to communicate were useless. She just plowed through a rough and frantic massage. - She added a four dollar charge without telling me. When I questioned this she brought out a small sign about credit card processing charges. Why was this sign hidden? It should be displayed and brought up before the massage. -Lots of drama about wanting a bigger tip. Why was she so upset? Do these people not know that a bad massage means a low tip or no tip at all? - There was a car parked in front of the door RIGHT ON THE SIDEWALK. Is this legal? We were completely wrong. We walked in and were immediately ushered into our separate rooms. It was incredibly dark and there was no real greeting or conversation about what any focus areas should be. Then I I noticed that on the bed was all but a small towel that was to be used to cover myself while the massage was going on. Did I mention it was also dirty and stained? The masseuse comes in and just starts the session. He does a lot of pressing while the dry towel is on me but no actual massaging. Eventually, he draws back the towel, adds an excessive amount of oil and hardly massages. It honestly felt more like a back rub. I could go on, but ultimately it was a terrible waste of $70 ($60 + $10 tip) and 60 minutes. All it gave me were additional knots and funny stories to share with my boyfriend who was in the next room having a similar experience.
