Amazing! I had been suffering for 4 days with pain from my right ear down to my shoulders…read more Thursday, I woke up with the pain extremely bad and decided to look for a massage therapist. Her business is very close to my house and she had a 30 minute session available. She recommended trigger point therapy. I had a membership for years at another place but I can say without a doubt she is by far the best! She was able to get the knots out and it didn't hurt at all. She knew exactly what I needed and 30 minutes later...the pain was gone. Don't waste your money at Massage Envy. Go here and feel brand new. Thank you.

The first time I requested an appt about 2 weeks out. It was never confirmed. So a couple of days before the appt, I sent her an email thru her website asking her to confirm my appt. I didn't hear back until the day of the massage. She texted me and said that she's unable to make my massage appt because she was in pain that morning and had to go to the er. After reading these reviews, she seems to have a lot of things happen at the last minute. Unfortunate or.......???? The second time I requested an appt about 3 weeks out. She never confirmed (or accepted on her end). Again I sent her another email a couple of days before asking her to confirm and nothing!!!! No confirmation, no reply, and not even another one of her lame excuses, NOTHING!!! I cannot speak of the quality of her massages as I never got one, but I can most definately say this, her work ethic sucks and she's full of excuses. As a small business, you'd think that she'd try to go over and above to build her business. It doesn't appear that way.

The checkout experience was even worse. She insisted that I leave a higher tip by physically pulling my arm, writing the number "10" on her palm, and pointing at the tip section on the receipt. There was absolutely no reason to grab my arm or pressure me into leaving a higher tip. If you come here, just be prepared to get an extra arm massage at checkout--for the tip.

And I'd deff recommend her as a deep tissue worker. It is easy to get to and has parking. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is 2 things- it's more a chiropractic office than a "spa" environment. Which isn't a huge deal since you're face down for most of it, but if that's important to you, this isn't the vibe. And the other thing- I got a 120 min massage but we started at 1:11 & ended at 2:54... so I felt I lost 15 mins of the massage and the end of the massage was really abrupt (like ok you're done vibes) when I had asked the last 15 mins be on my head.
