Misha was polite, friendly, and very informative, which made for a great first impression. In the treatment room, I was given clear instructions on how everything would work. I started with the Hydro-Vichy shower--such an interesting and unique experience! It's a warm shower with at least five shower heads providing firm pressure over your entire body (except your face). The treatment began with a full-body cleanse, followed by a gentle exfoliation, and ended with a refreshing rinse. Afterward, I received a massage from Lynn, and wow, she truly worked magic! Her medium pressure was perfect, and she was attentive, thorough, and incredibly kind throughout the session. Definitely recommend her--10/10! Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. However, it provided me with a good massage which is what matters! James is great, a lot of folks talk about him, so I don't know if he's the only masseuse there, or if he's just the main one you hear about. But either way definitely try to get him if you can. He was polite, and his massage was wonderful, he had just the right amount of pressure and adjusted as needed when asked. I would have to say honestly this was probably one of the best massages I've had recently, because he really worked to get all my knots out focusing on the areas of tension. The way you handle cleaning a hen or chicken to roast for dinner. You can tell he was not professionally trained. Trained massage would be slow, relaxing , with even pressure and rhythm. His massage was awful. Then for my calves it felt more like he was rubbing my leg for heat, applying no pressure to the actual muscles. They use hot stone which I hated because it was just more random rubbing that did nothing to massage my muscles nor relax me. I usually hate hot stone because it interrupts the flow of the massage, but there was NO flow in this massage so that didn't matter. I would recommend to the owner of this facility to properly train their workers. There was also a weird jingle sound like a tune from an ice cream truck that rang a few times that I had to ask him to turn off. The prices are really good and now I know why. They make no investment in their workers. I'm disappointed and am just going to book a session at a professional place. Positive Notes/Other: the massage chairs are comfortable and can lay flat, they provide full size water after serviced Language barrier: the owner keeps replying saying there is a language barrier. The spa itself is small enough to be functional but not so big that you are distracted by a large number of customers. It is a perfect combination of service and relaxation. I see Ivy and Coco most often. Ivy manages the spa and is very particular that the therapists adhere to the standards of a well administered Reflexology treatment. I walked in and asked the receptionist if they could take me as a walk-in. She said yes and asked me which massage of the ones listed (with prices) on a big sign on the front of the reception desk. I chose the $85 90-minute combo, which was a 30-minute foot massage and 60-minute full-body massage. The receptionist immediately led me to a dim room with several stations in it. I sat on the low, broad reclining table that she indicated and took off my shoes and rolled up my pant legs. Within a minute, an older gentleman came in with the water for the foot massage. I laid back, he covered my arms with a thin towel and my eyes with a washcloth. Gentle piano music was playing. I had never had a foot massage before, and now I'll be getting them regularly. It was absolutely fantastic and so relaxing. When it was complete, he removed the washcloth from my eyes, said that it was time for the full massage, and left the room. I'm hard-of-hearing, so I didn't actually hear what he said and wasn't sure what to do. I looked at one of the other masseuses and asked if I should follow him, and she nodded yes. I gathered my things and walked out into the hallway outside the room. The receptionist and my masseuse found me immediately and showed me to the private room where I'd have my full-body massage. Again, the lighting was dim, and nice piano music was playing. He left the room so I could undress and get face-down under the sheet on the massage table. After a minute, he returned, and I got a fantastic massage for 60-minutes. When it was over, he removed the washcloth from my eyes and let me know. He then left the room so o could get dressed. When I returned to the lobby, he was waiting for me with a cup of water. Everyone was very nice and spoke very little, which was PERFECT for me. Small talk is exhausting to me, and all I wanted to do was relax. I got what I wanted! I had known I wanted a massage. I hadn't realized how much I needed it. I walked out of Joy Foot with all my aches, pains, and tensions relieved. I'm a fan, and will definitely be returning regularly.

The website pricing was completely different. i.e. much less on the site. The old bait and switch. The chairs were made out of a bamboo/wood material. The foot bath used a cheap plastic bag. I swear the reflexologist was in a hurry to pound out my feet and move to the next customer. The towels used to dry my feet felt really grimy. At no point, did I feel comfortable. NO GOOD!!
