I'm assuming I've gotten an inexperienced masseuse, hence, the not so great experience. - I have a sedentary job which requires me to sit long periods of time. This means I get all kinds of knots and tightness on my back and shoulders a lot. Because of this, I get massages bimonthly to loosen everything up. I frequent a different spot but wanted to try Annie's due to its location and also to support a small business. Price is very competitive, however, it wasn't the best experience for me. I've had much better massages before. The therapist acknowledged how tight and 'tired' my upper back and shoulders felt but just basically glided her hands all throughout with minimal pressure. I left feeling the same as when I walked in. Gave this place a try, but I don't think I'll visit again. Will be waiting for a week and going back to my other usual massage place where it feels like they snatch your soul every time. Lol. Their masseuses and masseurs are way better.
