Jolt Electric is amazing. Jerry is great to work with, he is super friendly and comes with a "can…read moredo" attitude. His office gal Heather is also great to work with, when I called to get an estimate Jerry was here the next day. Once we approved the estimate (which was very reasonable) Heather had us on the schedule for the following week. There was a cancellation and Heather reached out and was able to move it up four days earlier. She said that the guys would be here between 8:00-9:00 am, Jack arrived promptly at 8:00. We had two projects for them. 1) Install a ceiling fan in a location on a vaulted ceiling where there was none. I was nervous about how this was going to happen. We don't have much of an attic and I didn't know how they were going to get electricity to that location. Jack made it look so easy. 2) Was to move a light switch around the corner. We are opening a wall between the kitchen and living room and needed some wires moved, plus I wanted the light switch on the on the other wall. My husband insisted that it could not be done without ripping out part of that wall. He wanted me to leave it where it was. When Jerry arrived, he said it will be an easy fix (thanks Jerry for letting me win that battle ). My husband still had doubts but it came out perfect! If I could, I would give these guys a 10. Jack was great, he was so friendly and respectful, he covered all the floors and furniture with plastic and cleaned everything up before he left. He made sure there wasn't a speck of dust on the floor. The whole staff is professional, personable and courteous. I would highly recommend Jolt Electric to everyone. I have attached some photos of the finished projects plus a picture of Jack making the ceiling fan installation look easy! Thanks Jolt Electric for a wonderful experience.

Heather, in the office, is wonderfully helpful, kind, and empathetic. She understood that not everyone has the funds for electrical work and may need to work OT to get it. I can tell that the big and small jobs that he's going to will be done efficiently. Jolt Electric was my 2nd and last bid on this work. I'm staying with them because they understood the work that I needed done and didn't try to up sell me. My 1st bid with another business were trying to sell me by thousands higher! I'm So Very grateful for Jolt and will most definitely will be letting my friends and family know how great they are!

From day one the communication between my wife and I and Coleman has been off the charts. We are sitting here on our love seat watching television thanks to the installation of our generac generator. We had a small Issue with our generator coming on during this latest wind caused outage, so I called Coleman Electric and had to leave a 4pm Sunday afternoon voicemail concerning our generator not coming on. Yet, I wanted to get other estimates. Trying the "warehouse" companies either they didn't show up or their pricing was definitely on the high side. I finally came to my senses and arranged an estimate with COLEMAN ELECTRIC. The owner (Greg) came over within a couple of days. He was professional, informative, and friendly. He listened to my concerns and presented a plan and generator to power the entire house (GENERAC 24kw). The plans were better than expected. A couple weeks later the generator was installed, inspected, and up and running. ALL of COLEMAN ELECTRIC employees were knowledgeable and informative. I would ask questions throughout the installation which were completely answered. Since then we've had one power outage and the generator worked like a charm! *With my recommendation, I've had 2 neighbors install generators with COLEMAN ELECTRIC. Both were extremely pleased! *Will continue to highly recommend COLEMAN ELECTRIC to others.

The Happy Outlet scheduled a Pod to be delivered to my home to put all my stuff in. They also made a hotel reservation for 10 days. These were both included in my quote. They scheduled the job for 5/18 to 5/27. The week included the Memorial Day holiday. And I was not informed that would be no work on Thursday of that week. I went home to water my plants on Friday, and saw not a lot of work had been done. I live in a 76 year old house, I knew there would be issues but I was told it could be done in 10 days. There was a lot of phone calls, texts and unhappy emails. The job was completed on Thursday 5/28. I moved back in my house on 5/27. After a very rocky start to the job and misinformation I am extremely happy with the work they have done. The guys worked very hard to get it done. My house is now up to code. The only reason for the 4 star review is for the miscommunication in the beginning. It was very stressful my cat and myself. Would I hire them again? Yes I would, in fact I need another outlet. Jesse, Kaitlyn, Carmelo, Eric and Alex all worked hard to finish the job to my satisfaction. I'm am happy.
