From day one the communication between my wife and I and Coleman has been off the charts. We are sitting here on our love seat watching television thanks to the installation of our generac generator. We had a small Issue with our generator coming on during this latest wind caused outage, so I called Coleman Electric and had to leave a 4pm Sunday afternoon voicemail concerning our generator not coming on. No sooner had I ended my call and hung up when my phone rang and the Coleman Electric owner Greg Coleman called me back. Greg walked me through the 15 second process of firing the generator up and returning to my cocktail and the NCAA Basketball tournament. Yet, I wanted to get other estimates. Trying the "warehouse" companies either they didn't show up or their pricing was definitely on the high side. I finally came to my senses and arranged an estimate with COLEMAN ELECTRIC. The owner (Greg) came over within a couple of days. He was professional, informative, and friendly. He listened to my concerns and presented a plan and generator to power the entire house (GENERAC 24kw). The plans were better than expected. A couple weeks later the generator was installed, inspected, and up and running. ALL of COLEMAN ELECTRIC employees were knowledgeable and informative. I would ask questions throughout the installation which were completely answered. Since then we've had one power outage and the generator worked like a charm! *With my recommendation, I've had 2 neighbors install generators with COLEMAN ELECTRIC. Both were extremely pleased! *Will continue to highly recommend COLEMAN ELECTRIC to others.

On Mar 5, Steven added an overhead light and 8 puck lights to our office/den closet and linked it with a wall switch just outside the closet. Stephen suggested putting the puck lights in a different place than we had originally considered, which made the puck light fixture almost invisible while providing all the light. On Mar 11, Joe added a wall switch to the other side of the closet and hard-wired three security cameras. Brightlife has become our go-to company when we need an electrician and we highly recommend them.

We needed some electrical help to replace some switches in our new home because we wanted to tie…read morethe lights into our wireless network. I am not an electrician but I can manage some of the basics and have installed motion sensors, Ring floodlights, etc. I was not comfortable replacing the 3-way switches because there were too many wires and I can't see electricity. The last thing I want to do is cause a fire or electrocute myself. So, we researched electricians on Yelp that could help. My wife found three local companies through Yelp and reached out to them to inquire about cost and estimated time frame for completing the work. Damon was quick to respond to the inquiry through Yelp over the weekend and stated the project sounded like it would fall under their minimum service fee of $173.25. He provided us with the office number in the event that we wanted to go ahead and schedule. My wife called the office on Monday morning and they agreed on a time that afternoon where Damon could come by and look at the project since he was already in our area. Damon was on time and walked through the project with me. We agreed the work could be done the following afternoon. On Tuesday afternoon Damon came by and within 45 minutes or so had everything working properly. He was friendly and efficient. We didn't initially want to spend the money to hire an electrician but figured that in the grand scheme of things the money was well spent because we know it was done correctly, for less than $200.00. We really appreciate the quick response and are very happy that our exterior lights are now set up. The other two companies did respond to our initial response but were unable to conduct the work within our time frame. We will definitely call KD Electric if we have further needs and will refer them to friends in the area!
