Holy smokes is this place good! Cute little Veteran owned BBQ joint with mouth watering food. Came for lunch and we were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. The employee that was behind the desk was simply fantastic! She literally was doing it all and was very polite and pleasant the entire time. I was beyond impressed with her skill of service. We ordered the hot pepper cheese balls for our appetizer and they were really good, nice and creamy cheese inside. I ordered the special of the day which was the fried chicken sandwich with the 5 bean kielbasa for my side. Both exceeded my expectations. The highlight of the meal was the homemade bbq sauce. I would literally drink it if I could! Hopefully they will eventually bottle that liquid gold up to sell. I would love to be able to enjoy it at home. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Small local bbq joint in Moundsville servicing one of the best tasting pulled pork I had. The smokey taste of the pulled pork hit the spot just right. Each meal comes with tasty fries. I would also recommend ribs and their sauce. This is order at the counter type of restaurant but the staff is very helpful and will bring the food out to your table. Have not seen any outdoor seating but the place has a half a dozen tables inside. read more

I actually remembered this place from when it was located at GrandVue park a few years ago. My husband and I were visiting the area again to go zip lining, asked around, and were told that they had a new location. They have a cool set up that reminded me of the BBQ vibe in Austin. We ordered a bunch of stuff since we skipped breakfast. I got the chicken sandwich with fries. My husband got the ribs meal and brisket sandwich. Everything was really delicious. The meat was tender and really well flavored. Everything was prepared fresh and hot. I remembered the owner from my last visit and got to chat a bit. He and the staff member were very kind and welcoming. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others! Stopped for supper ~2:00 on a Tuesday after visiting the Moundsville Mound Museum. My husband had a brisket quesadilla and I had the wrap, and Bunny's mac salad. The brisket was SO tender! Just wanted to say I had a pulled pork sandwich and fries from Mason Dixon in Moundsville today very good nice portion sauce on the side bun on the side like I asked the server was very nice I would definitely give it a thumbs up the pool pork was tender the only negative that I had I wish they would allow you to decrease the amount of the side for the sweet potato fries when you get regular fries for free other than that very good service great friendly etc. Great job!!!! read more

The ribs are of terrible quality and a couple of years back when we had that massive heat wave me and mine stayed at a hotel by Walmart. Stopped by this evening for a bite to eat with my daughter on our way home from a school event. Even though the sign in the window said they were open, the young lady behind the counter met us trying to suppress her giggle as she informed us that they "closed in two minutes, we'll we're actually closed." I wasn't happy to be turned away during business hours but have made it a long standing practice to not argue with anyone who may handle my food so we left. In retrospect I'm glad we We're turned away, because if the greeting is any indication of the service we would have received I don't think we'd have been very please here. Came across this place on Yelp trying to avoid eating at Buffalo Wild Wings because it was right beside the hotel. I had the brisket quesadilla and mac salad. Last time I was there food was dry and overly smoked I love smoked food but when all you taste is smoke and the flavor of the meat is masked by too much smoke with a very small cup of the BBQ sauce but the suace was very very good if I had a lot more of it I'd give him 3 stars but it felt like I was eating something that had been made in the morning and reheated. After giving my review on thier Facebook page was openly insulted by the owner Patrick and told not come back if all I was going to do is insult his food that I need to stop F**king with his business. All over me just voicing an opinion. Not to mention the staff was even worse giggling laughing making jokes and they was out of there normal serving dishes and the one server drops my son's food on the table spilling it and then laugh's and say oops I'm sorry then openly laughing at the fact she had spilled it in his drink and on him.
