Worst experience ever. Already had been there'd couple of times and don't s/service was either just ok or subpar. Went in a Tuesday afternoon when there were barely any customers. Sat at bar and bartender was not attentive. Left for periods upward of 20 minutes at a time (multiple times) to visit with friends at a table. Couldn't end get our dip appetizer after 30 mins. John Tagger and Gordon Ramsey would be losing it! No management, no accountability, typical lazy WV attitude. Threw $40 for my 2 glasses of energy and husband's tea. Never again!!!! read more

Wings are the smallest of any bar around. If you get takeout, jus check your order, it's probably missing something. Bar is ok. Good burgers, but for the price, I'd say The Avenue or The Landing have better wings and burgers for cheaper. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Haven't been to one of your restaurants for years, won't be back. Stopped in for dinner (6:10pm) after not eating all day and right before our 3 hour trip home. Ordered an app and drinks, took an excessive amount of time but they had a large party, so we understood. Took an excessive amount of time to get our dinners as well. My spouse had ordered boneless wings and I ordered a wedge salad with the sauce and dressing on the side. My spouses meal was as he ordered (not received until 7pm), mine came with the dressing and sauce on the salad so I sent it back. 7:20pm still no salad. I then asked to see a manager, he attempted to make an excuse regarding the larger party, but I was already there for over an hour, my spouse was now done eating and it shouldn't have taken another p20 more minutes to prepare a salad. I asked for the salad to be removed from the check, I no longer wanted it. The manager apologized and removed the salad but made no other effort to compensate for the issues. Really glad I ordered a regular soda, as I'm diabetic, with no meal at least I had sugar in the beverage. Ordered on line, was told it would be 50 minutes when I could pick up my order. I arrived 10 minutes early. The girl at the front counter asked me what was the name on the order. I told her my name and she went back into the kitchen. A few minutes later a different girl came out and said you order was made wrong they forgot to put the condiments on you burger. It will only be a few more minutes. After waiting 10 more minutes they gave me my order. As soon as I got to my car I check the temperature of everything and it was all cold. This is the second time I've had issues with my to-go order. To add you can't find a place to right a review to the company on there web site. It will be a while until I ever go back if I ever do. Despite the negative reviews that have been posted in the past, I must say that... I had a very positive dining experience!!! I came here on a Saturday with a group of fellow college classmates. We came all the way from Pennsylvania to visit West Virginia State Penitentiary, down the road. My professor made sure that we made a stop at Buffalo Wild Wings while we were here. It was a total of about 20 of us and we had a great attentive waiter! He was quick,prompt and very patient! I ordered an appetizer of Salsa and Chips, which was finger licking good. The chips came out hot and the salsa was a house special of Buffalo Wild Wings. This place managed to do what so many other places forget, deliver chips that are actually warm!!! As my main course, I ordered a snack size of the Blazin sauce (underneath the WILD sauce) and second to the hottest sauce in terms of heat. Also, I ordered a side of French fries. I have a very high tolerance for heat and I was anticipating what kind've heat my taste buds were getting ready to encounter. My meal arrived within 10 minutes and as soon as I sunk my teeth into the chicken, I was astonished at how much flavor there was in one bite. It was the perfect mixture of spice, with a nice aftershock of heat that hits you!!! I enjoyed my meal and was very satisfied with the level of service that was delivered! Absolute worst place to eat in moundsville. I worked in the food industry before... I understand things happen in the kitchen and from person to person. But this is the absolute worst in all aspects. Servers, food time to table, food is usually cold since it took so long, when given a ticket to pull for to go orders they can't even manage to READ a simply order to check and make sure it is all in the order. Piss poor. My wife talked me into trying them again for a Togo order because I refuse to step place in that shithole.... And yet again they have messed this order up worse than a soup sandwich. The blue haired manger and the GM, a woman with glasses, have a sorry attitude and when I asked the GM to address the blue haired managers attitude she made excuses for her. There is a way to speak to people and how to treat customers and they clearly haven't figured that out :) maybe if they had better customer service they'd have better reviews. read more

This is one of the worst places to place a takeout order. You will have multiple employees walk by you while you stand at the takeout counter. On my last visit they were so busy that they had one table seated in the entire restaurant and after standing at the counter for 10 minutes someone finally got the manager to check on my order after I told them how long I'd been waiting. I pointed out to her how long I had already waited and that it was terrible customer service and she did not even have enough courtesy to her to even say I'm sorry for your wait just I'll check to see if your food is ready and leave me standing there for several more minutes before it was brought out to me (18 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready by) and when I got home it had clearly been ready the entire time because the cheese curds I ordered were cold and disgusting read more

My fiance & I were in for a quick drink and bite to eat. We live local and it was 830ish at night Thursday 8/3 ... our server Sarah was amazing, myself being a server I know it's hard. But she kept up with all her tables, ran our drinks, my special made.. our app n wings. She had a clean section n was keeping up with while upon doing her job. I understand end if shift tired, but she never let it show, full if ebergy and made us feel relaxed n welcome. I seen other girls stand around n bs, but Sarah was all work, she helped me choose sauces, n did great job up selling drinks. She informed us of the boneless 65 cent special, must read my mind. Always have some sort of problem when I go here but might be because I'm always going with a party of at least 6+. One visit was two hours before they closed myself with a party of about 12 came in after work for food. We didn't leave until about an hour AFTER the restaurant had already closed. This was not because we were sitting and socializing it was because it took them two hours to make the food and it came out as the restaurant was suppose to close. Half of the table got appetizers while the other half was sitting and waiting. My friend was approached three different times in the first 45 minutes and asked what she wanted to drink (water) and it was never delivered. We were essentially the only people in the restaurant besides another table or two. We visited another time where they didn't even know what food they were presenting. The waitress called cheese curds and no one had ordered them so she placed them anyway. They turned out to be breaded mushrooms which a friend had indeed ordered and received after the party had indulged on the unknown appetizer. The restaurant does indeed have friendly service. If you do visit expect to be there for a while as the cook time/waiting is extremely slow. I've never been there less than two hours even in a normal party of 4 and 2. The staff mix up orders quite a bit with people getting others foods. I've ordered medium size boneless and received a small or snack instead. I'm always disappointed every time I come because I expect it to get better and it never does. I would suggest making the drive and going to a different location. read more

This location just recently reopened. Nice on the inside but a terrible experience. This location was out of boneless wings, ranch, grilled chicken, and other things. Basically their whole menu was unavailable. So we went for traditional wings. The wings took almost 30 minutes to come out after placing our order and the sauce was sloppily poured on them, they weren't even tossed. We were the only table in the place at 10:45 pm when they close at 12. We never got a check back from our server after the food arrived, and didn't see her till we were finished eating and stacking our plates. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but I can guarantee I will never return to this location. Bad planning, bad back of house, and bad front of house work made this experience my last. Food was adequate, but not great (cheese fries had a little bit of shredded cheese tossed on top, not even melted). The bar always seems to be out of whatever it is I want to order. Service was pretty good. Plenty of tvs to watch the game. What earns BW3s a two star review is the stinking air conditioning! This is the second time I've been to this location. The first time was good, I had a great waitress (Breanne maybe? She was blonde), great food...standard experience of what I would expect. The second time I went, it was late and kinda weird. I don't know why there were so many people working two hours before closing when I was one of two tables. It was kind of uncomfortable sitting there and all the wait staff waiting for me to finish my meal. Would not have been as weird if people weren't depending on me to leave. Ate there last night. I ordered the cheese curds appetizer, the hot naked wings with fries with salt & vinegar seasoning. My wife ordered the buffalo mac & cheese. As usual, when the food was served, the fries were cold. The quickly brought out another order, but these didn't have the salt & vinegar and had brown specs all over them like their fryer oil needed changed. The naked wings were the worst I've had. 6 gummy pieces of chicken smothered in sauce that had heat, but no tang that's normally associated with buffalo wings. I had to pick through the pieces of chicken, picking out all the tissue, fat, skin, etc. that was still on the meat. It had not been seared from being sautèd, roasted, etc. it had the texture like it was straight out of the microwave. The cheese curds and my wife's Mac & cheese were pretty good. The time before that we went, they were out of 3 different beers that were on the features menu and we left without eating. I'm not sure why I keep going back to just be disappointed. read more

I've eaten here a number of times in the last year or two. I'm not sure exactly when it opened but the service has slept. I just finished eating there, and I don't think and single server or bartender smiled a single time. Clearly the people who work here hate their job and that comes off as hating their customers. I was planning on having a few drinks, but the bartender was so obviously pissed I didn't bother. However, the food was good. After I wrote my first review I was feeling kinda bad for only giving my long time love, BW's, a 2 -- so I suggested we go there for dinner the other night.. I ordered something different than I normally would bc I used to always get wings and onion rings (but the onion rings are typically greasy and lackluster), I got the buffalitos and I'm glad I changed up my order, they were surprisingly delicious. My family loves the parmesean garlic sauce on pretty much anything, so my brother-in-law and myself each had a small order of boneless wings w PG sauce, mine were drowning in the goodness and his barely had any sauce!? So anyways, service was good and we had an enjoyable visit, I'm starting to think I've outgrown BW's in general, I'm not all about the greasy bar food like I once was. I did enjoy the buffalitos and will definitely be ordering them again in the future bc even though I've personally outgrown the restaurant, my husband and brother-in-law will surely have me there again and again, they love wings.. beer.. & sports!
