What Cindy above does not mention, is that after tracking the IP her husband booked the car as a cash job, and as we always do we sent an appropriate car. Her husband never paid in advance and chose the cash option. What she fails to state is that she booked with another company, and paid proberbly by card, however the lack of communication within the family caused this problem,they did not cancel our car. We never threaten customers in a way she put it, as our calls are recorded, and our internet booking logs provide IP identification, dates, and times booked and typed of vehicles booked by the customer so, in realiity it was Cindy who is totally misrepresenting us. Why would we have the email address of the booker, which has been traced to Cindy's United States address. Just goes to show that one person's review, yes upset as they are, not due to us, can not be the full true insight of a company. read more
