Our AC stopped working at the end of last week so we called a local AC company to come out and assess our AC unit . The other AC company told us that our compressor was bad , but they could try to repair our AC unit for $2000 , without the guarantee that the repair would work . We just moved to Valencia and purchased a house with a lot of deferred maintenance. Mason is a Rock-Star!! Needed service done on my rooftop combo air/ heating unit that was starting to blow hot air near the late afternoon, which was a sign of low coolant (I hoped!!). Then found out my trustworthy guy I depended on for the last few years, had retired! What am I going to know!?, I thought...
