I have been going to this bakery since they opened. Customer service is not the best in town. Elder women play favoritism, if you're in line they will help their own people first and then give you attitude. Younger employees are not like that, they are nicer, friendlier and greet customers. For food, this is a bakery and they also serve Kabobs and meat for barbecuing. I had their Kabobs they are good. They are freshly made and they taste good. They also have beverages for purchase and they have coffee too. For ambiance, this bakery is clean and well maintained. There are couple of tables for the people who like to order food. For parking, this location is location in a shopping plaza and it is shared with other stores. It can be hard to find a parking spot during peak hours. There is also street parking available. This bakery charges fee for using credit card/ debit card. Recently, they have started offering Zelle option for phone orders. read more

Have been coming here very often as of recently and it's always a great experience The workers are lovely super nice, I've came in sick and she's let me try soup samples. They have wide variety of pastries from sweet and salty puff pastries, cookies, cakes, potato filled spinach filled items there's just always something new to try and they're always fresh. I've been going here for years, the baked goods are the best in the area. I don't know why people always talk about Karina's in Glendale, this place taste 100x better. The birds milk, mikado, and honey cake are so delicious and have the best texture. Once in a while I stop by to buy to go food. Their food is always fresh. They have kebabs, salads, wraps, peroshki, lahmajun and the list goes on and on. You can dine in or take out. You will also find fresh pastries and cakes here. I have ordered cakes for my kids birthdays many times and it has always been fresh and delicious. They also sell juices, imported foods, cheese, nuts etc.... Customer service is always good specially when Gayane is there. She is friendly, helpful and fast. Masis Bakery is the BEST. They have excellent quality kabobs. Been eating take out from them for years and years. Their pricing on a Kabobs meal is easily the best around. There was a on the window that said "emergency fire" on it, however, it wasn't dated so I didn't think much of it as the shop looked intact. The man in front of me bought two items and had a conversation in Armenian with the older woman behind the counter, however, when it was my turn she told me "we are closed!" Placed an order & was told 20 minutes which quickly turned into an hour.. even after several large orders were picked up I told me it was because they "burned the rice" and tried offering me french fries in place. I asked for a refund for the inconvenience after waiting so long and no one informing me about there being "no rice" before I paid for my order and the cashier looked at me like I was crazy & threw her hands up saying "I can't refund you, you already paid!" & refused to refund me.
