Stopped in for lunch last week. I've been in a couple other times at night and thought it was fine. Unfortunately, this time since it was light outside, I realized how dirty it was! I was shocked. The windows were filthy and the floors were sticky and dirty. And the worst part was the bathroom. It was really bad. Made me really wonder what the kitchen looked like! Had a surprise party for our daughter at Mascots. Rob could not have been anymore accommodating. We ordered the appetizer bar for 50 people. All the guest said the food was great and there was soooo much. Katie was our server and kept the crowd happy and was amazing. My sister in-law actually ordered a burger. She LOVED the chips! Pretty sure My fiancé and I got food poising from here... and it sucks because the food wasn't even that good... anyways...it just not a very welcoming or comfortable crowd, everyone was rude and belligerent even one of the servers or bartender was drunk! The service was awful! Took 8 mins to get a bucket of beer(and it wasn't even busy), and when we finally got it we wanted to order shots.. but she ran off, we ordered some apps and were going to order more food when she dropped off the other food but again she ran off(probably a good thing we didn't order anymore food) she left us with no napkins, plates or silverware... she checked on us once and we immediately asked for the bill, when she dropped the bill off she decided that was a good time to stand around our table and wait for us to get the money together which made us really uncomfortable... It's sad that we had such a bad experience because they do have amazing drink and food specials for football games and it's nice to go to a sports bar super close to home, but we will not be returning and if anyone ask I will not recommend it...I'd rather drive an extra 7 mins to go to Mattinglys! read more

I just experienced "Taco Tuesday" and it was simply F'n Phenomenal! Just when I thought there was nothing that could be better than the Smashburger! I think I will have to come back next Monday for the Smashburger and then come back for Taco Tuesday to compare! I just hope Kelly is here for both, the service is the clear winner!! read more

So disappointed in last nights experience. I recommended Mascots as I love their wings. We sat outside and literally zero service so I went in and ordered drinks and took them to our table. 20 minutes later -no service! I went back in to order food and drinks. Day bartender takes the order and walks away from the bar -no drinks. Night bartender realized what happened and got my beers. 30 minutes later-no food brought out-no service! And as usual the owner is sitting somewhere not doing a damn thing to help his staff. In addition the behavior of the "clientele" on the patio was sketchy at best. So bummed because I LOVE the wings but this experience was a complete turn off. read more

I saved my review for a second trip, but I won't go back for a third. On a positive note both times I was there we were greeted and our servers were good! 1st trip we got wings, fried crispy. The sauce was a weird sweet vinegar taste and they weren't cooked crisp. They weren't good at all. They only provided super cheap plastic forks/ knives to eat with and everything is disposable. They serve everything (at least every order the 2x we were there) on paper wrappers in plastic trays and when you get to that layer there's paper missing because it stuck to the food or you cut it up and ate it from using a knife. I also had a pork taco bowl (no shells low carber) and it was good. The $1.50 Tuesday tacos might be ok. After about a month later we went back (7/27). This time I brought my own silverware lol. I ordered Philly cheesesteak nachos and so did my friend. We both thought it was plain tasting and the nacho chips were cheap and dull/stale tasting. The food sounds great on the menu, but everything is just cheap &  tastes pre- packaged. There are 2 bathrooms and they are unisex, it's gross. The 1st bathrooms seat is barely held on and neither installed wall soap dispeners work- just refill them already!). The whole place in general needs cleaned up, there's just random crap everywhere. They should close and store everything not being used. Act like you care about the place! read more

My new favorite bar!! The food is amazing (vegan options too!), different specials every day, and the bartenders are awesome; especially Kaity and Kelly! :). On top of a cool atmosphere, the owners are incredible. I've been in the industry for years and have never seen owners so dedicated and invested in their bar and customers as much as Rob and Jen. It seriously feels like family. It took me just once of coming here to find my home bar. read more

I love this place, seriously I don't come here enough because I keep forgetting about it. They have absolutely amazing cheeseburgers! Great, low-key family friendly environment. We were so happy with our visit to Mascots! They had a delicious spread of bar food and beer (both local and domestic). The bar is very comfortable and the staff will put whatever game you want to watch on the tv that is closest to you! The staff was also very kind and helpful! We were excited when this bar opened, hoping to finally get a great local sports bar. This is FAR from the atmosphere we were hoping for - there was loud karaoke, rowdy/very drunk customers, and our server was running around trying to handle way too many tables at once. I do give her credit, because she helped us with everything we needed. Since the atmosphere was not great, we only stayed for two beers and got the nachos as an app - great food. It's just a shame that the atmosphere was so terrible. We unfortunately won't be back. read more

We normally just hit this place for Football Sundays, and it's always a great time, but just usually and appetizer and drink day. Tonight, we did dinner and it was probably in the top 10 best bugers I have ever had. Definitely will be a go to for a great (and perfectly cooked to order) burger. Portion was more than enough, fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned beef. The "chicka-rones" were freaking a special find. Must try on the menu! read more

Mascots is a great sports bar. TVs everywhere, Golden Tee, darts, Keno, excellent food, even better staff and that's saying a lot!

If I could give this place zero stars I would but you have to give at least one.....looks like a nice local spot, so if you are from out of town you might want to stay away. I stopped in because it was close to my hotel, bad decision, waitress took my drink order left me a menu and then set down at the bar to eat and look at her phone, never came back......obviously it was more important to her to eat then wait on customers, it was 6:30 prime dinner time, if the employees want to eat they should do it either earlier or later or just not wait on customers. Clearly the owner knows nothing about running a restaurant or how to manage his employees, too bad you hate to see someone lose money and their business because of employees taking advantage of him.....stay away, too many other places in the area. read more

The food was tasty and made well. There are several tv's for watching sports. I saw 2 electronic dart boards with tv screens to keep score. Live band performed the Saturday I went in. The service was average. I recommend the servers focus more on attention to details. I recommend this place to enjoy darts, a band, the food and sports atmosphere. read more

My gf and I checked this place out after I heard my co worker raving about it. We went on a Saturday afternoon and the place filled up while we were there. Very family friendly during the day and I heard it has more of the bar atmosphere at night. The food is really good but has a ton of room for improvement. Couldnt give this place a chance, walked in and wasnt busy. Sat for 15 minutes without service, no hello or welcome. Two waitresses cleared off a table right next to us and ignored us, waited another 5 minutes and walked out. Food might be good but never got a chance. Finally a great neighborhood sports bar in St. Peter's. The owners and staff are very friendly and outgoing. The food is delicious and quick. Perfect if you want to watch the game and have a couple beers with friends, also perfect if you want to have dinner with the family. After you eat there's tons of games for you and your friends or your kids to play. I also thought it was really cool that they have outlets on the outside of the bar so you can charge your phone while your sitting at the bar, and they have the Sunday Ticket.
