We took the truck to the repair shop in April 2024 a few short weeks after the purchase with transmission issues and a leak on the rear wheel seals. When taken to the shop they contacted the dealership as well as the warranty company for the ok to repair. Undenounced to us the warranty company comes down not once but twice to look the truck over and denies the repairs due to the vehicle being altered (it was bought with a lift and tires from the dealership). Between the warranty company and the dealership they decided to VOID the warranty and leave my truck unfixed with a bill owed for the diagnostics they performed for the warranty. We called the warranty company and the dealership to see what could be done and all they can do is blame each other as to whos fault it is. The dealership was contacted and asked if we could simply bring the truck back and get a refund the owner proceeded to cuss my husband and tell him he was not going to help fix the truck nor was he going to refund the money for the truck and hung up on him. Now we are stuck with a bill from the shop and a truck that is not fixed but we are still liable for the note each month. Do not buy from this company they are very dishonest people.

Called Mr. Vess and he said the key was locked in the shop. The shop is in his front yard, less than 50 yards from his house. He refused to open it as his son was in possession of the key and "lives off." Tried everything but begging. He said to throw a rope on it and tow it because he wasn't giving us !@#$. Things went south from there, I wound up stuck on the side of the road, a lady harassed me while trying to pretend to be a victim of trespassing, even though I was on the other side of the road, on a public easement. She refused to take my license, which I offered to prove I wasn't up to anything bad. Didn't acknowledge anything I said and repeated the same two phrases ad nauseam, then accused me of being rude. I informed her she couldn't be rude, ignore everything I said, then falsely accuse me of instigating anything. She shut up and went back to repeating those same two phrases. My ride showed up to tow the car and the crazy lady next door was joined by several people. Turns out, she's Mr. Vess' Daughter In Law, and one of the other men was his son. When Mr. Vess said his son lived "way off" he meant next door, less than 100 yards from the shop. It would have taken him 3-5 minutes to get the key. The son was hateful, said the car was a piece of @#$% and he hoped we got killed by drunk drivers. Got the car towed the next morning. Insane, hateful, ugly, lying people. Towed the car to Kings Collision, picked up after hours, got a free estimate. No problem. Dropping off/Picking up after hours isn't unusual.
