They do have a great flower selection but the checkers always smash them even when I hand them the flowers and ask them to be careful. One more thing-be a decent human and put your damn cart back. I held hope that my example would help him mirror my behavior and be friendlier to the next person. At the coffee counter, my chances are 70/30 that I'll get poor service. It feels like they're doing me a favor. I drink black coffee. Simple and easy, yet it's usually an awkward experience. The supplement department staff is usually excellent and very helpful. The inventory is good. I usually find what I need. The produce section is well stocked. I like their avocados. I rarely need help, but the staff is always helpful and friendly when I do. I love the self-serve bulk spice and tea section. You can save so much money buying in bulk. Check-out cashiers can be very good and friendly or tepid. Considering how much I'm paying for the privilege to shop here, I shouldn't be so casual about this store, but there are few markets in the area. Customer service is a tough job, I understand.

Sure wish we'd know sooner, but so glad to have found it now. This store is like a cross between TJ's and Whole Foods with a huge assortment of prepared foods and fair pricing. We went there three times in 2 weeks and loaded up on goodies such as take 'n' bake pizza, chili, and OF COURSE the clam chowder. We also hit the bakery pretty hard and thoroughly enjoyed the berry cobbler, along with a few other sweet treats. Location is easy to find, plenty of parking and service very friendly.
