The bakery department had 48 hours to inform me of this when I placed my order. I walked in to place my order in person. I informed the baker that I needed the cupcakes the next day (24 hours) by 3pm but I would give her until 3:30pm grace time so she wouldn't feel rushed. I show up the next day to pick up my order and was told they were "just finishing up". What?!?!? No, I was informed 3:30pm would be "plenty of time". In closing, I recommend the baked products that are already baked, packaged and ready to purchase. I will not be using the bakery department for custom orders. The website, curbside pickup and bakery department are in need of improving customer communication.
