The in-store menu doesn't even disclose the other toppings and ingredients for some reason. People can always choose to omit or substitute the stuff they don't like. The image you have going is that you just sell plain ass meat on top of rice. This place is actually pretty damn good and has a whole lot of potential. My advice to them is to go to Middle Eats. It's almost the same business model. They're killing it. In all honestly I don't think the way they do things is all the perfectly optimized and yet they're 1000 miles ahead of where you guys are.
