There are two sauces (yellow and red) , both were well-rounded and delicious. Red one had fresh and fruity tomato flavour and I liked it a lot. The sauce is definitely a strength of this place. We had the chicken 65 (medium), butter chicken (medium), pea pulau, garlic naan and strawberry lassi. Everything was super fresh and huge portions. We took home at least half of the meal. The chicken 65 was what I would consider an "American medium" spice level; not super hot but had a little kick. The butter chicken wasn't spicy at all but was rich and creamy. The rice was a good surprise, it had a buttery/garlicky flavor of its own and wasn't at all bland. The garlic naan was thin and very garlicky, so it won't fill you up too fast. The lassi was really good, the owner makes the yogurt from scratch and they had about a dozen flavors you could choose from. I suspect it is hard to go wrong. We are only in town one week a year but I look forward to keeping Rosie's in our rotation. The service is excellent and the price for all we ordered was about $65 before tip, which since we got a couple more meals out of it was quite reasonable.
