I know, sounds scretchy but it was incredible. We got our dinner to go not realizing that had converted the back of the food truck area into a vibing patio yard. Their menu is in Spanish first, English second and a kind man (other customer) helped this white crew navigate the options. They were quick and efficient (only waited maybe ten minutes for our food). We got a little bit of everything from a chili relleno in a taco and a quesadilla as well as standard street tacos. The meat (Asada - steak; Pastor - pork) was some of the best marinade I've ever had. The best part was what we termed a "fiesta bag" which had tiny bags of guacamole, salsas, limes, cucumbers, cilantro, literally anything you could ever want on a taco. Sadly, the rest of the ingredients were not very flavorful either, I'm not sure if they forgot salt or don't season the potatoes but there was not much of a flavor profile. Also, very very skimpy on the cheese, I couldn't even find it. The beans were very clumpy refried beans, I'm not entirely sure if they're canned or yesterday's beans half reheated. Andrea suggested the Birria taco plate which came with rice and beans and 3 tacos. I added a Horchata drink too and it was delicious! They only have one size drink and it is 32oz. Came in a cool cup, that I think you can take back to get a discounted refill.... But need to verify that. They have another location in Coachella and I plan on hitting that spot up too, as this one had no seating inside, it is in a local market, kinda of liquor store.
