When I called them back out he basically said unless I wanted to spend another $400. He didn't know what else to do about it. I just don't feel like that was fair after spending what I did and they never told me that would not fix it. Also, he never kept his appointment time. He always came in the morning, even when I made the appointments for the afternoon for a reason and it usually took at least a week to get him here. When you have a refrigerator that shutting off you need somebody the next day.

After a quick assessment of the issue, he gave me his findings and what the cost would be. VERY reasonable price. Five days later, he arrived with the needed part (which had to be ordered) and in a short time the repair was completed. They give an 8 hour time frame for when they would arrive so that's 5 days someone had to be home from work. The issue was a known issue, yet they didn't ensure all repair options would be available so the job could have been completed the first trip. The third appt. No one showed up, nor did they call to cancel. Again, day of work missed. They aren't efficient nor considerate of their customers time. I was not impressed at all

Took over a week to get our first appointment then another week after the part came in, they canceled that one at 12:30 on the day of the appointment after we had already taken off work to meet there 7 AM to 4 PM schedule time (which is quite ridiculous. We can't get a couple hour window instead of all day). Then took almost another full week to get that one rescheduled. We lived without our refrigerator, just a few days short of a month. probably the most frustrating part is you cannot talk to a human when you call in only automated systems. if they were not part of an extended warranty program, we have on our appliances I would certainly have got a different service company.
