You know, I wasn't going to add a feedback with my poor service from Marzuco until I got a call…read moretoday saying I owed them money. So, I feel like I need to let someone know how I was treated. In July I was having a problem with my kitchen stove. I like to help out local businesses so I thought I'd call Marzuco. First time using their business I might add. They sent David out and he found the problem with the knob that doesn't regulate the temperature to the burner. He was very nice and helpful but he didn't have the part with him. He looked it up and said they had a part in Illinois and should have it in a couple of days and they will call to schedule a day to put it in. Two weeks later I decided to call them. I asked when they might be able to install it and I got screamed at " they're busy". I told her what David said and she screamed at me again "They're busy." I was taken aback how rude this business lady was to me. I hung up vowing never to use this business again. My husband watched a video on YouTube and I ordered the parts from amazon. Done it ourselves. Today I get a call about an overdue invoice for fixing my stove. Needless to say the conversation did go so well for them. Marzuco ----never again.

First St. Suite 182 Farmington, Mo.6364 We've been using them since they first opened S a start up and has grown into still a small business from Farmington filling a hole in business of electronics. We personally have used them extensively when we have lived in Farmington now the second and end of moving for us now. Upon returning we came by the first location and they were gone but found out that they moved across town in what's called the factory building. So we went back to using them in the field with taking care of our computers and cell phone in some things but not a cell repair store. In their new location they have a room for gamers with machines and chairs I would use to take a Knapp, in front room tons of computer equipment, we're glade they are here local and as I say if at all possible I always will use a local vendor they are a main pet of supporting the community and that hood for all of us. If you have electronic issues give them a call at 573-701-9200 if they can't help you or maybe refer you to someone. They have a great highly trained staff, very nice, friendly, easy to understand the tech talk, not sure but they do local house cLls repairs as well. A great community asset for Farmington, so give them a try. We highly recommend them

So we needed to find a replacement, which took us to Micro Center. They have quite a selection of laptops (granted, as do other stores). We visited on a nice and sunny Sunday afternoon our daughter's soccer game and some outside activity for me... so we needed a laptop and lunch. While other stores have laptops and other devices, Micro Center has John S. and other great team members to help you. John was very supportive, never pushy, quick to answer questions and very willing to not search for what we were looking for and provide us options. THAT is INCREDIBLY BENEFICIAL - some times you just need someone to help you get to what you are looking for, to weed through the many options and find just what you need. John S. provides that service for us. Separately from us appreciating the service, at least for our daughter's laptop, Micro Center's prices beat the competition. In addition, their warranty program will replace a broken device; had we had it, the broken hinge would have been covered. So you will likely be most happy and pleased Jen you shop Micro Center and get help from John S., and/or any other of their great team members. I have a older pc tower and Aaron's informed me that I would need a special cable to use the monitor I bought from them. I was concerned that I was paying a lot of money and Aaron's assured me I had 30 day money back guarantee for any reason it wouldn't work for me. I ordered the cable they recommended and got it in less than a week. It wouldn't work and I called a computer tech and my pc tower needed upgraded to support the monitor I got from Aaron's. Thinking I would have trouble getting my money back i was reluctant but took it to Aaron's the next day. Without question they refunded my money and I was shocked. I applaud the staff for their kindness and will definitely shop at Aaron's again!
