The referrals department lady is rude, they should look for someone who's actually professional or at least nice.

It's our new pediatric practice for our kids and we couldn't be more pleased…read more We were a little scared when we changed practices. Our previous pediatrician had known both of our kids since they were born and had been with us through many a daycare illness and then some. But for personal reasons we had to switch and after looking into several area practices and getting feedback from neighbors we settled on this practice. We're so glad we did. We've met with different doctors and they've all been great, very friendly and thorough. The nurses are also very kind. Getting a sick appointment or a timely non-sick appointment haven't been problems at all. Most importantly - appointments start on time and we've never waited more than a few minutes past our scheduled appointment. Doctors are very responsive through the portal if you have questions, and they have a nurse available if you need to call in with a question who will get back to you within a couple of hours. Their weekend visit options are also good. You will talk with the doctor first and determine if a visit is necessary and, if it is, you will see the doctor on all for the weekend in the office. They have an answering service for overnight emergencies but that pediatric nursing service will speak to the on-call doctor and make sure you have a clear plan. In all, it's been a great change for us and I'm so happy we found them.

My husband and I had a health concern that we wanted to address with our son's pediatrician. We called on 10/18/2021 in hopes to speak with our pediatrician. It has been over four days, and we have not been able to connect with her. I specifically provided my contact number, she called me once and left a message informing me that she would call me back two days later. I have yet to receive a call. I am disappointed that I have to leave multiple messages for a return call. It's like pulling teeth dealing with this office. 2. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism and carelessness from the front desk staff. The front desk staff are rude and lack compassion. Months prior, we had scheduled a one year follow-up appointment for my son. He was scheduled to see his pediatrician on 10/26/2021. When I called the office a week before his appointment to confirm the time, I was told that he did not have an appointment scheduled. How is that possible when we scheduled the appointment in person? This is the second time that this situation has occurred. We are now forced to see another provider in that practice. My husband and I are considering switching to another provider in the community. Too bad the staff is affecting the experience of families and their children.

I had to pay twice for a school form to be filled out and it really angers me. I was told it would be emailed to me. It wasnt, we went back, because you need the form to go to school! Paid again. They insisted it was given to us the first time, which it was not. This continued until somehow the receptionist who did not remember me, miraculously remembered that she gave me the form and I walked out with it. But then didnt remember that I had 2 kids with me. Its really silly. The point of me bringing up an otherwise petty point is exactly that. It was petty. It was a school form for a patient of yours. It should not have cost even the $15 you charge, but to make me pay $30? and insist you gave it to me? In my line of work, even if I did give it to you, I would give you another. Because I depend on my customers and even if they are wrong and walk away feeling cheated, I lose. Because they wont come back. Again, 4 kids over the last 10 years have come to this practice. I'm in too deep with your practice to walk away, but Im really disappointed in this behavior. If it were for just me, it would have been my last visit.

Here's the thing, I like Dr. Clark, but... I came based on recommendations and location and I've…read morefound that I'm not really getting the benefit of the bargain. THE GOOD: Dr. Clark and her NP are SUPER nice. Dr. Clark can be a woman of few words. You do need to probe. I usually have questions and am prepared so this doesn't bother me. I don't find her to be super proactive, though. Her NP is much more bubbly and forthcoming. The office is in a great location with decent parking. Nice waiting room. Nice staff. The rooms are well lit, clean, and have views so you won't be bored while you wait...and wait. THE BAD 1) Wait time. EGREGIOUS. We are usually quite early for our appointment because we come a long way and every single time we have come, it's taken over half an hour to be seen--this is beyond the appointment time, not inclusive. THEN, if they have to do anything, they'll leave for 20 minutes and then come back--I just know they squeezed another patient in during this time. My time matters too and I CANNOT with this. I meet my nanny there with our child and usually my husband comes too. This is three adults giving up most of an afternoon unnecessarily. I find it unconscionably rude. 2) Staffing. They are extremely short staffed. I didn't see a nurse the entire time I was there and, though we made an appointment with Dr. Clark, we were shuttled off onto her NP without even a by-your-leave. 3) Paperwork. My kids have allergies. They are on medications and require forms for school. I sent paperwork in June and had to follow up several times to get it by September when I was told it would be faxed within the week!!! That's really insane! 4) PHONE ETIQUETTE: No one EVER picks up the phone here and you will NEVER get a call back. I don't do ERs and fortunately have plenty of qualified medical professionals in my family, but if I call on a Friday and haven't gotten a call back by the next Wednesday, that's a problem. A call back to ask how the child is and if the situation was resolved is ALWAYS WARRANTED. 5) Prescriptions and refills. My goodness, if you leave a message about a refill, they won't call you back for a week! What if it's a life or death situation people?!? That was the outside of too much. This practice has a lot of work to do. There are a number of other nitpicky things I won't mention except to say that I had high hopes for the practice that have been dashed. I gave several chances, but I think we are back in the market for a new pediatrician.

Previously, it would be much more welcoming, especially, for the children, it would have cartoons and toys for them. Now, your welcomed by a unfriendly receptionist and rather than someone walking you in they'll just tell you "Go to room 2". Dr Clark is still a very good doctor and the NP is friendly as well. As there practices are good, hopefully they can change the nature of the office, to me, that plays a part in the overall experience.

It really is as good of a primary health practice as you can get without having your own private…read moredoctor. Both of our daughters have been patients here from birth. They have a primary care physician assigned - Dr. Sexter - but they have at some point or another been seen by all of their physicians. Every one of them are great: kind, compassionate, attentive, and responsive. You will feel heard and they will address your concerns. Their knowledge and expertise is extraordinary. The office - staff and doctors - are also super responsive. If you have a pressing question, someone will get back to you that day. If it's an after hours emergency, there is always a doctor on call and they will respond within 30 minutes. The doctors hold daily office hours but it can be tricky to get a hold of them if they're experiencing a volume of calls. An extra perk I like is that they keep appointments available daily for those common but unplanned for illnesses, and they have a separate waiting room for sick vs not sick. It just runs so well you wonder why more doctors' offices don't do the same. Now of course, the one downside is they are out of network. It's not cheap. I think it's worth it if you can, but financially it can hurt if your kids have a lot of illnesses or shots in a limited period of time. They do at least submit the insurance forms for you, and that helps some. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice and all the doctors in it, and have a deep appreciation for how Dr. Sexter and Nurse Jennifer have taken care of our girls.

What sets this practice apart is the truly personalized care. The doctors and staff don't just know our girls' medical histories--they know our girls. They remember details about their interests, their personalities, and their quirks. Walking in for an appointment feels less like visiting a medical office and more like seeing caring extended family members who happen to be medical professionals. The trust our daughters have in their doctors and the entire staff is something I never take for granted. They actually look forward to their check-ups, and even when they're not feeling well, they feel safe and comfortable here. That level of comfort is invaluable, especially when dealing with anxious moments or difficult conversations about health. The doctors also take care of us as parents. They helped us understand how to read our kids' symptoms--what is serious and what is normal. As nervous, first-time parents, that type of support helped us calm our own nerves on countless occasions. From routine well-visits to sick appointments and everything in between, this office has consistently provided exactly what we need: expertise, compassion, accessibility, and genuine care. After a decade of experience here, I recommend this practice without hesitation to any parent looking for a pediatrician who will truly partner with them in their children's health and wellbeing.

His bedside manner is honestly unbelievable--he somehow manages to calm babies, reassure parents, and crack a joke all at the same time. Our daughter trusts him, we trust him, and we're convinced he could probably negotiate world peace if toddlers were involved. The entire practice runs with the perfect mix of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. They've become truly indispensable to our family, and we couldn't imagine navigating parenthood without them. Five stars, ten stars, all the stars--Dr. Bennett and the team deserve them all. And if you get a chance, pick up his one of his books. My favorite is The Fantastic Body.
