Ok first of all they did the repair on my truck which was a…read moremuffler /tailpipe and two struts and the repair I have no problem with... I got a estimate over the phone when I called them which was inline around $450 for labor, they promised to call with a parts quote and then would go forward with work if I wanted to. I got a call that the truck was done , but did not ever get a parts quote ( I figured muffler tailpipe and a couple struts right can't be that much) I went in to get my truck and got a bill for nearly $1,100 for parts which I didn't get a chance to approve or know cost. I paid the charge and then when I got home got prices on the exact parts supplied online (got the strut numbers and muffler cost) Well from Amazon prime I could buy the struts for $103 each, and the muffler/tailpipe was $112. Also got other pricing from auto zone and other vendors so the overall price for parts ranged from around $340-450. I called and left a message I was not happy and didn't get a response so called back, I got a lot of attitude -We only use best parts -We mark our parts up 60% -ETC... I explained I have no issue with marking up your parts but you buy them wholesale cheaper or at least the same cost.. And I never got a price quote for parts to approve. I was deferred to I will speak to Vicky and get back to you .... that was nearly two weeks ago. I am not abject to paying for labor at the rates, or evan a fair parts markup... but unless they don't care about parts pricing to pay a 300% markup is way beyond acceptable . I guess they don't think people will look up price of parts so they jam them and then don't respond when questioned. there are a lot of options for repairs in this area I would avoid this place .

The awesome office manager that always returns communications, and the mobile techs (owner and son) did a lot to help us out. We have a brand new Entegra Class C that had a shower leak. Though they have a business account with Jayco we were told I should get it pre-authorized since I'd be paying them directly and then getting reimbursed by Jayco. Jayco got on the phone with me and the office manager to accomplish the pre-authorization. The techs took a while to figure this out and it turned out to be an incorrect construction of the shower rather than the expected drain or plumbing leak. They were able to gain access from outside to provide a temporary fix for this. They offered to perform the permanent fix but we'd need pre-authorization though they'd bill directly this time but would be unable to get to us for several months. I am going to the shop to get this fixed next week or I'd have waited. Their technical skill is awesome. My only small knicks are that I'm going to have to wait for reimbursement and that they need more techs so the wait is shorter.

This is ridiculous! It clearly states that if I have a problem, I call them if I'm out on the road and they set something up with a mobile mechanic to at least get me going however they're telling me they can't reimburse me for a mobile mechanic so if I'm out somewhere on a trip and it breaks down, I'm screwed. The lifetime warranty is nothing but a sales gimmick to get you to buy from them. Stay away from this Scam business. You've been warned.
