This place is big. It's clean, bright, safe. I blocked the windows in my vehicle and my dogs and I had a decent sleep for being in our car overnight. Gas, selection, bathroom, staff. Everyone is good. All the details are good. And I also think it's a pretty place. The architecture is nice - I enjoy it. Lovely rose bushes with a good scent to them out front, too! A nice bonus !

Nice rest stop in Maryland. Spacious and bright. Lots tables and seats. TV everywhere. Lots bathroom stalls (women). Cleaning crew is always there but it's really high volume so still a little smelly. Many choice of food and snacks. Gas station right next to it.

Good spot for a quick stop and gas fill up. Clean facility and friendly staff. Lots of food options and mini market. Lots of options for anyone.

Travelling on I95 from Maryland, close to Delaware, you find a very modernized, clean rest stop with several restaurants, shops and rest rooms (of course gas also). Food includes Dunkin Donuts, Phillips, hot dogs, a store for snacks and lottery machines. Compared to other rest stops this is one of the best.

I absolutely love Nathan's and they did not disappoint to be a rest stop! Same great taste as the ones from Coney Island

Relatively clean, spacious and adequate selection of food. That's pretty much all one could ask for from a restaurant stop.

It's a bit of a madhouse in this rest stop, but I appreciate that it's relatively clean and modern.

Nothing open, terrible selection. The only thing on the TV was Fox News. The shrimp kept me on the toilet for 8 hours.

The Maryland House, for me, is the last bit of nostalgia from my distant youth. (Waah!) On our…read moreannual pilgrimage to the lands of my forefathers... or in less dramtic terms... the state where my people are from... (sighs in Bridgerton) dad had us trained from babies how to travel down I-95. As was our ritual, we'd pull out of Brooklyn at 2am and did not stop until Maryland House. We had a box of freshly fried chicken wings, a cooler of drinks and bladders of iron. NO STOP TIL MARYLAND HOUSE I can recall only 2 times nature did one of us dirty, forcing us to answer the call of nature on the side of the turnpike, hoping our bare butts wasn't visible to the Mac trucks whizzing by so fast the car shook. I married and trained my non travelling spouse and subsequent kids in the same fashion...NO STOP TIL MARYLAND! I did it a bit differently than dad, we'd stop and let the kids run around for about an hour. There used to be an arcade, lots of prize machines and a museum on the upper level. I miss that. Remarried and this spouse is as well travelled as I am on these roads and the old Maryland house was "updated". Broke my heart. Its devoid of all the charm and personality it used to have. No arcade, no museum, no upper level balcony. Its a solid travel plaza, but it looks like all the others. My spouse likes to stop at the Biden Welcpme Center and I haven't been here in a while. Like seeing an old friend you've loved forever but who has changed so drastically, it was bittersweet. Maryland House will always have a special place in my heart, no matter what.

Outstanding! Yelp helped me find a better TownPlace Suites…read more After a few SIGNIFICANT Marriot Brands disappointments recently, I used Yelp reviews to find this gem of a hotel right off I-95. Was originally going to book the TownPlace in Wilmington but recent reviews were very low. When I booked this one near Aberdeen, it had 5 stars with one review. Now it will have 5 stars with 2 reviews. I have a deal to get 10% cash back on TownPlace Suites so I really wanted to stay at this brand. Most of my experiences with the Marriott TownPlace Suites brand have been good or better. This experience has been excellent. This hotel seems new. It is very Accessible with Accessible parking near the entrance. They also have a lot of EV charging stations available. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Everything works well with plenty of outlets. Very functional furniture. Very nice smelling shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Nice soft towels. Complimentary breakfast was good: Cheese omelettes, both pork and turkey sausage and both pork and turkey bacon. Also have yogurt, milk and make your own waffles along with other breads. Coffee was hot and good with half and half in a pitcher. Adding this to my preferred I-95 hotels in Baltimore. Strongly recommend.
