After an awesome sheriff and good samartrian pushed my car out of the way (I'm pregnant and not much help) I called them before the sheriff came and he said he could have someone out to me in 40 min. The sheriff say he would try to pull some strings to get me out of there sooner so I told the dispatch to hold on. I called a few other companies and they all had 1+hour waits. Sheriff said he couldn't get anyone out there sooner than this company so I called him back and he said he would be able to get some one out to me in about 20 min. 25 min went by (rush hour kicked in plus 5 minutes isn't nothing when I would be waiting hours) and the driver Christian picked me up. He took me to my dealership to get my car checked and was super easy to chat with and was just an all around AWESOME guy. I wish I could give 0 stars. From the get go the woman was nasty with me. Now I'm a severely…read moredisabled veteran with severe ptsd-anxiety and spinal injuries that can cripple me. The lady bot only started smoking in front of me after I asked her to please do it away from me because of my asthma, but then kept verbally attacking me so bad that it caused me to have an anxiety attack that then caused a debilitating back spasm that was so bad the other staff called 911. The only person who seemed even the slightest bit kind was jeremy. I will be further pushing this verbal assault and the unwillingness to cooperate with a disabled person (a direct violation of the ADA) with the legal system. I'd highly suggest the black haired woman lose her job as she doesn't belong in a place working with people
