Cancelled within their 48 hours "for full refund", it took 3 calls, 3 emails. They would promise to call back, but never did. Then they only refunded 1 of the 2 reservations, I reached out again, but blown off again. So I disputed the charges via my credit card, Polebridge told them they'd refund it, but yet again, lies. My bank and Visa have all of this documented, so they will have to pay, but Polebridge Outfitters wants to be petty about it and drag it out.

What is even better, they are women owned and their story of how they started is meaningful and a cause I want to support!
