Manni was able to schedule us quickly which we were thankful for, as we did not want to be making any bad habits worse due to our pet inexperience. Once Manni arrived for the initial evaluation, it was obvious that he is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Our dog was freaking out worse than me or my husband had ever seen, but Manni was completely calm and professional despite all of the barking and growling. During the evaluation, Manni gave us tons of information on why our dog does the things she does and how to begin to correct the behaviors. By the end of the evaluation, he and our dog were also close friends. A couple of days after the evaluation, Manni emailed us our full comprehensive training plan. He has also been extremely available and responsive to our texts regarding questions that have popped up here and there. Yet another thing that I highly respect is that Manni didn't immediately lay out a multi-visit costly plan, as it seems like so many places are apt to do. It is obvious that Manni truly loves dogs and wants them and there owners to succeed!

I was greeted by two employees Sean and Conrad, who my dogs warmed up to almost instantly. They gave me an awesome tourover the property and i was very impressed. The grass areas down back were impressive, and everything was very clean and organized on the inside. I got to see where my dogs were sleeping and they had lots of bedding and looked happy and comfortable. They were amazing on prices and had no hidden fees, they have year round buy one get one free on their exercises. We met with Weston for her assessment and during that 30 minutes we gained several valuable insights and were able to start working on a couple things. Since then, we had him out to the house for training and with his help our doggo is no longer running out the door. She is even staying in the garage with the door open. We are still working on certain distractions but it's so much better. The instructions were clear and simple. We also did a day of doggie daycare which she seemed to really enjoy and we got some cute pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Beware of Buster's. My dog used to go there and we were…read morehappy until a very angry employee started lashing out, calling her own dog "fucking retarded," put my dog on a slip leash on which he choked because she couldn't get his "fucking retarded" harness on. Furthermore, there are no windows or video screens to see the play yard or dog facility, so you can't see what's going on back there. If angry woman behaves like that in front of customers, how does she behave behind closed doors? BIG RED FLAG. I sent a very long email to the manager expressing my concerns, especially regarding angry employee who choked my dog; the manager said he was aware of the situation, and in so many words, considers it tolerable. I told manager we wouldn't be back under those circumstances and he said he understood (but wouldn't do anything about it.) Daycare facilities like Dogtopia have video on at all times and a screen in lobby so you can see what's going on with your dog, and you can see what inside of facility looks like as well. And you can download their app to watch remotely, assuring your dog is safe, facility is clean and acceptable, and staff is behaving appropriately and professionally. I wish the management at Busters would take my concerns seriously and make necessary improvements and let go of staff who have anger management issues and don't behave professionally. I'd be happy to bring my dog back to Busters if necessary changes were made.

Within minutes they were all playing in the amazing yard. A little creek, a tunnel, grass area to romp in, wooden deck for chillin'. Dogs were welcome indoors and settled in quickly.
