One charge was around $320 for the wellness visit and another around $340 labeled as an outpatient visit for the exact same appointment. Previously, I was also charged separately for a 20 minute visit, which is not a short visit, and another longer visit. It felt like I was being billed by the minute without any clear explanation upfront. The breaking point was during a wellness visit when the doctor asked about a prior sinus issue and briefly checked it. That alone triggered a second charge. I was never informed that answering a question during the same appointment would result in additional billing. After multiple calls, they refused to correct it. This feels misleading and unacceptable. Parents should not be penalized for basic care during a scheduled visit. I have since switched providers to a practice that actually prioritizes patients over billing tactics. Take your loved ones somewhere else where they care about providing care more than ripping you off.

I cannot say enough good things about the majority of the doctors there. Our primary doctor was Dr. Wiseman before she retired and then we were so fortunate to be assigned to another amazing doctor, Dr. Rebecca Shwartz. The level of care and compassion for both the kids and us as their parents has been so reassuring and supportive. They saw us through ear infections and RSV and flus and so much Hand Foot and Mouth! We also were able to get a same day appointment with all the doctors at that practice without any issues and never had to wait to be seen. When we told them we were moving, Dr. Shwartz contacted a colleague she knew in the city we were moving to and made sure we were set up with another amazing doctor at a different practice.
