Don't go here!! Do your homework first…read more I first started treatments back in April 2023 for the first three months, I was satisfied with the service. I was quoted a price of $250 a month. After my third month of treatment, I went in for same treatment and was advised that the prices have now gone up to $500 a month and this is also the membership fee. Because of the service and the technology used at this location, I continued treatment with Emem. Recently, I made an appointment took off of work early because her availability is limited took an Uber to the downtown location. My appointment was for lab work and to pick up medication. I arrived for my appointment to be told that due to the dust from construction I was unable to get my lab work done, and the medication was not ordered even after paying for it a week prior in advance. I said and I quote "I did not just come all this way and take off of work early to make this appointment to just get weighed!" I can weigh myself at home. I received just an apology, wasted time and money to make that pointless appointment. I finally returned to receive my medication this was when I was also informed that the price would now go up to $2500 for the next three months. I understand prices go up, but the amount that it went up within the time frame that it went up as much as it did screams scam. There was no consistency, very unprofessional and prices were raised at random. I left this place very frustrated. As a consumer I am paying for good products and service. I also need to feel that I can trust the provider. This place felt shady early and I should have done more research. Fortunately, I did more research after this horrible experience and found a clinic that provides the same service for much less in a better location. My advice is to do your research. There are many places in the city that provide the same if not better service without trying to take advantage of people by raising prices at random.

From the front desk staff to the nurses, everyone is professional, kind, and efficient. I've been seeing Dr. Lester Montesa, and I can't recommend him enough. He's thorough, professional, and truly cares about his patients' health. The only gripe I had was the bloodwork I got done was a little rough and I was pretty badly bruised on my arm where the needle went in. I was bullied by Dr. Brown into vaccinating my baby the day after she was born premature. I made it very clear to Dr. Brown that I did not want my child vaccinated a day after birth because she was born three 1/2 weeks early and was jaundice. He brought in a medical student and they took turns telling me why I was wrong, that I was putting my child in danger, and wouldn't leave the room until I agreed. I will never forget it as It was one of the most traumatic days of my life. Think twice about this practice if you have any hesitation. Thankfully, we found a wonderful practice that was kind, compassionate, and willing to listen to us. There are providers out there, you just have to find them.

He is the BEST and is always ready to answer our questions and concerns. He genuinely seems to enjoy his job and loves to take care of children. We expect our kids to be his patients for as long as possible. Thank you for everything Dr. Brown. I see reviews of horrible staff but we have generally had really good experience. Shout out to Izella, she is so pleasant to interact with.
