Everyone else told us that wasn't possible or wasn't advisable. Mark said he'd ask his HVAC expert and within a day he had his guy at our house to take a look. Zero fuss. The answer was no problem. They won't waste your money on expensive and unnecessary drawings and they'll work with you every step of the way to make sure the work they're doing is what you want. They're professional, prepared, and on time. The overall project went pretty much exactly according to the timeline set out at start and the finished product was fabulous. This was a complicated job since the old water tank had to be removed, gas line had to be terminated, pipes had to be re-routed to new location, and new electrical wiring had to be run to the new tankless water heater location. Everything was completed with perfection and careful attention to detail. I'm glad I took my friends recommendation to use these guys (they hired the family-run crew for a Steam Humidifier installation). He installed and industrial sized AC and heating unit on my roof inappropriately and now I have roofing damage which I'm asking him to come make the correction and he will not respond. If you are looking for installation on your roof, stay away from this company because they do not keep their promise. In the videos, you can see that they dropped it directly on my roof and now it's starting to leak. I would never hire this company again and you should be careful. I see that he is reading my text messages but not responding so that means he doesn't want to come and finish what he messed up. Disappointing.

He took measurements and pictures and stated he could find a replacement part. He had me order and pay $150 for the replacement part. When he came it did NOT look at all like the broken piece. He stated he could move some of the arms around and fill in the broken arm with another shorter one but that your wouldn't be able to notice the difference. I had to leave my home for 5 minutes, my elderly mother was there, at which point he left. He stated the job was complete and I paid him via the cash app. I found out two other pieces had come loose when he was moving the arms. He his them in a box. I have been calling and texting him everyday so he can finish the work I paid for him to do. He tells me he'll call or come by and nothing! I have before and after pictures of my chandelier and text messages to confirm what I state. I have him all week to make things The co-owner Mr. Anwar came and fixed all the issues with the chandelier . Work has been completed.

Next day arrives and the ETA they gave came and went I called she explained what the issue was and a tech came out within the hour. Long story short he did a great job and had no issues. Fast forward we had another request we needed done in our server room, called them since they did a great job the 1st time. The made an appt with an ETA of 9am-10am. I get a call around 9:45 saying tech will be late due to a previous call and if they want us to get another tech which would take an hour but the original tech shouldn't take long. I said if he's finishing up then we will stick with the original tech. 12-12:30pm rolls around and I call checking the status of the tech, dispatch tried to figure out and says he's coming. I said at this point it was faster getting a new tech. We Close around 5pm. Tech doesn't come until 2:30, 4-5hours past the original appt. We show him what needs to be done then says oh I need to get my tools we ask how long will that take since you were already 4hrs late he said he would need another 1-2hrs. We said forget it, let's reschedule to that following Monday. As soon as the tech (3-3:15) leaves I call to solidify the appt for Monday because we had a cable tech coming Tuesday. Conveniently no one from their dispatch office picks up. So I left a voicemail asking for someone to call back in regards to booking an appt. I had a feeling something funny was going to happen as I never got a call back, I called Saturday mid morning, Sunday mid morning sent an email and voicemail, still nothing at this point. Monday rolls around and I get a text message saying we are scheduled for Tuesday. How are we scheduled for Tuesday when I was trying to contact you since Friday afternoon? I called yet again and still nothing. So I sent a pretty stern text which I got a reply due to employee spouse tragic accident pretty much made everything chaotic. Which still doesn't explain why you cannot respond when your hours online list your open over the weekend as well. I had my colleague call and what do you know they picked up. He explains the frustration and she assures we can get a tech Tuesday between 6:30-7:30am. We asked to ensure they would be there. I didn't get a confirmation text until 11pm then Tuesday rolls around a I get an email from my colleague saying they never showed up. No call no nothing. We just went with another company who came out within the hour and finished as guess who was pulling up JAJ it was 8:30am. I told the tech you all were scheduled at set time and it's 8:30-8:45am. What was the issue? He was quiet, I asked again where was the miscommunication because regardless you still showed up 1-2hrs late. We said we didn't need their services. I will never use them again.
