I would give Abdul and his Airport Town Car Service 10 stars if I could. Here's why I thought I…read morereceived top-notch service: - Responsive -- Abdul responded to inquiries, emails, and updates quickly. - Hassle-free -- We established a price and it was fixed; no bait-and-switch, no hidden surcharges. - Flexible -- My evening arrival flight was delayed by more than 4 hours, stretching well into the middle of the night. Abdul tracked my flight, we stayed in touch, and he was right there ready to pick me up as we discussed. - Safe -- Abdul is a safe driver. Reasonable speed (not slow but not too fast); no sudden turns; no abrupt braking. It was a smooth ride because he drove well and paid attention. And he was definitely not checking his phone while driving other than to glance at navigation toward the end of the trip once we got deeper into my neighborhood. - Clean and Comfortable -- his car was very comfortable and impeccably clean. He made sure to provide bottled water for his passengers just in case. - Accommodating -- we didn't need to stop, but he let me know upfront that (despite our many hours of delay) he would be happy to make any stops I requested. He also made sure I was comfortable with the temperature and music levels before we got going. When I need a car service again, I am definitely sticking with Abdul.

He was extremely professional, proficient , gregarious, fun Driver named Brandon. We have told everyone to hire Sterling and request Brandon , because he will make your trip! The roads weren't the best, and there was someone who cut us off - he handled it like a pro who had been driving 30 yrs. He said that his father is in the same industry, so it's obviously in his blood. Rarely do you come across someone so happy, content with their job. He raved about his boss (the owner) which as a small business owner was quite refreshing. I'm sorry it took me a while to add this. Good job hiring someone this good, so well rounded. We will be back & will only want to have him drive us.
