The lady owner lives in Spartanburg but is originally from my hometown. She previously had a balloon store in Gaffney, but due to some small town issues like almost zero parking on Main Street she moved to the big neighboring city. I wondered how someone could make a good living just selling balloons. Turns out she's managed to get super well connected with any and every entity in Spartanburg. There's a kings or Queens throne ( as you prefer) thats available for rent for very special occasions. The owner delivers balloons and that gigantic beautiful chair across the upstate!
