Thank you Party Reflections! Over the weekend I hosted my Bridal Shower. The party was a total success!!! I invited 12 guest. I worked with Lindsay Martin before she left the company. I measured all the rooms on the first level of my house. During my appointment I brought a mood board, along with a guest count of 30ppl. Lindsay was Soooooooo helpful!!! Of course I wanted a large number of people for a luncheon: After reviewing my measurements, Lindsay informed me that I wouldn't have enough room to set the tables like I wanted. So we played with a few options (Tables, seating etc) I decided to invite only 12 people...which worked perfectly. Next step was linens, I LOVED The pink and white Chevron. Which they custom ordered to fit the tables. I also ordered 5Satin Pink Table Clothes and 12 White padded chairs. Delivery: I was informed they would deliver between 8am-5pm On Thursday. Three Gentlemen arrived at 10am to deliver everything. They were very professional. I cleared both rooms to make things easier....They offered to set the tables up. Brought the linens inside on hangers in a clear garment bag. I was so exited to set everything up!! All the lines were in Perfect condition! Of course I steamed the wrinkles out. Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with Party Reflections. And let me start this by saying, I was in the Food & Beverage industry for over 15 years, which included catering large parties. I have since been in the Automotive field and Customer Satisfaction is our number one goal. My friend and I rented a linen and a runner for a birthday luncheon we were hosting at my home. My friend gave the dimensions of my dining room table in order to get the correct size linen. She also ordered a runner based on photos online. The night before the party we opened up the linen and it was gigantic. Almost two times the size of my dining table. The runner was nice but the color was not as vibrant as what it appeared to be online. Thus, we could not use that either. Fortunately, a half hour before William Sonoma closed, we were able to purchase a lovely tablecloth that fit my table perfectly. Otherwise, I'm not sure what we would have done. My friend contacted the sales associate the following day to explain what happened and request a full refund for the items we could not use, and that resulted in almost two weeks of back and forth as well as escalating to someone higher up within the company. The final result? A credit of $49 for a table linen that NEVER should have been rented to us. They are not refunding for the runner. The woman I have been speaking with directly, Amy, keeps referring to their "best practices". If these are Party Reflections "best practices", they need new leadership. In addition, they charged a $12.40 damage waiver, $15.50 labor (for cutting the runner??), and a $4.22 credit card processing fee. WOW! And of course none of that is refunded. I will never do business or recommend Party Reflections to anyone. read more

They were the only rental company that got back to me in the entire charlotte area to provide tables, chairs, table cloths, and table settings for a last minute event. They were super responsive and very helpful, event when I added onto the order the day before the event. Meredith Delarocha was my sales consultant and made sure that everything I needed was taken care of and any changes that I needed were addressed immediately. After Labor Day & before it came Fall I wanted to throw a backyard afterwork party. But not just a party, a salon type of event introducing friends that didn't know each other but would have interests & experiences to discuss. I imagined a bocce party, with most of the lawn for the game but a seating area for friends to talk and side tables for drinks, heavy hors d'oeuvres or milling about. Lastly I envisioned a steel tub full of ice with Italian Garganega white wine, Peroni beer and Italian soda bottles. The problem is I'm a minimalist. I understand other people like to sit places & have a place to put their drink but I don't want to own these things or have them clutter up my space. Once I browsed Party Reflections catalog online I realized how inexpensive it was to rent party furniture ($1.30 for a chair!). Sure their website has pictures of massive weddings but Party Reflections doesn't have a minimum order. They are super easy to work with and answer any question over the phone (I didn't know rental linens came in sizes or how big you needed for a cocktail table). Then just tell them what you need, when you want to pick it up and when you'll bring it back. It's very simple. If you don't want to get it yourself they'll bring it to you, drop off on a Thursday and pick up Tuesday for weekend events. But $20 for cocktail tables and chairs I didn't ask what the service charge was for delivery. Finding that party & decor rental can be really easy and really affordable made me realized how to turn a party into a real event for everyone to enjoy. read more

In planning my small wedding, I forgot all about table linens until about 2 weeks out. Our venue provides basic ivory linens but I wanted to add some color, so I contacted Party Reflections on a friend's recommendation. Getting a quote was fast and simple, and revising it was painless. With all the other things going on, I forgot to finalize the contract until just a few days before I was supposed to pick up the linens! I certainly don't recommend this approach but everything worked out just fine despite my terrible procrastination. The linens were the perfect touch to set off our flowers and other decor, and working with Party Reflections was very easy. read more

We used Party Reflections through our wedding venue to rent our gold chargers, specialty sequin linen, and gorgeous draping for our reception entryway. Everything was handled seamlessly and the products looked fantastic! A bit pricey, but they delivered, set up and picked up afterwards - worth the price in quality of items and service. read more
