My child started breaking out with a staph/MRSA infection a few days later in bathing suit bottom area, and after speaking to 5 other moms whose children used the slide ALL FIVE of their kids also have a current staph infection. They had the most reasonable prices listed and they come with either an obstacle course or without one for the same price! My only hesitation at first was reluctancy to order because they didn't have previous reviews or anything so I wasn't sure if it was legit. We decided to take a chance and it was awesome. They came earlier than quoted time to set up and also came later to pick up but we didn't mind. The only hiccup was that they told me on the phone when I ordered we can pay the $20 to hold and the $80 remainder could be paid when the jump house arrived via cash or card. If by card, the delivery guy could call and we pay that way. When he came he told us cash only. Luckily we had it though. The bounce house was a good size for a party! It did have grass inside once expanded but we didn't mind. We would highly recommend renting from here!

I rented a bounce house in August and had no issues. Communication was clear and direct during the…read morereservation process (mostly via email). Rate was reasonable in comparison to similar companies. The bounce house was clean. I was notified prior to the date of the party of the drop-off time, but it wasn't picked up until very late In the day (I did not receive any communication and it got so late that I ended up contacting them to make sure it would be picked up that day). So my only suggestions would be for them to reach out to the customer as a confirmation a few days prior to scheduled date (only because reservation was via 3rd party app so I ended up contacting them to ensure everything was a go) and provide clearer time frames for drop-off/pick-up of the bounce house. Otherwise I would definitely use them again and recommend.
