No problem for Tent Guys- we kept in touch, contact price was honored and everything was done perfectly. They made suggestions I wasn't aware I needed, such as early set up and take down. It didn't cost extra and it saved me a ton of headaches. They arrived right on time, set up a gigantic tent and all the extras right in my yard and left without leaving any sign other than a gorgeous tent. Guests were so impressed. I got tables, chairs, drapes, fans, dance floor and lighting as well. I truly do not have a single negative remark. The tent was removed quickly without lawn damage or any sign of huge party. She doesn't truly care about anything but the money. This is not a normal situation; they didn't just change their mind. We contacted her under the current circumstances discouraging large gatherings and asked for some kind of refund. In a time of Pandemic, you would have thought she would have been more empathic for a couple having to go through this situation. In an email sent from Mrs. Helms the owner of the Bottle Factory today (3/24/20) she has very boldly said she will NOT REFUND any money paid ($6000) in capital letters. And she will make sure their wedding will be beautiful on April 11th. Clearly, she doesn't care about the well-being of the community because she is willing to continue holding LARGE events in the community potentially spreading the Corona Virus!

There are not much parking in the area but if your event is on the weekend you and your guests will be fine because you can use the other business that are closed on the weekends parking area.
