Lindsey and Victoria were the ladies who showed up as Queen Elsa and her assistant, and they were professional, believable and very focused on our kids having a great time. We ordered an inflatable unit to be used indoors. When it arrived it was FILTHY!! It had not been cleaned from previous rental! There was still candy and balloons inside when the set it up. It was soaking wet and covered in grass and mud and it smelled so terrible! I had to pay an additional cleaning fee to the venue it was so nasty. All the kids left filthy and smelled like mold and several parents complained about how nasty it was. I was very disappointed. The delivery drivers worked over an hour with towels trying to clean it up as best they could. The pictures are from after they were done.

It was more than twice the amount and for only a 4 hour window. The company we normally use charges $175 for a larger bounce house, and drops it off the day before. You get it for two days and at no extra charge. They are clean and super friendly. This one cost us almost $400 for the party and to keep for half of the next day, and it was a smaller bounce house. It was also flimsy, not sturdy at all like the other. Complete rip off in our opinion. We won't be using them again. If our other company isn't available, we won't get a bounce house. Very disappointed unfortunately.
