    Rust through hole in floor board.

    Recently bought a car from Marty's Auto Sales. CarFax checked out well and the car ran and drove well. Body is is great shape. Or so I thought. After it rained I had a puddle of water on the front passenger side floor. I lifted the carpet up and the car had a rust hole right through the floor board! Never would I of guessed that would be an issue considering how nice the body appeared. Double and triple check everything before you buy it.

JT said it was because they changed the battery and to give it a couple weeks. If it didn't turn off to bring it in. We didn't feel comfortable driving it so I went to O'Reillys and I used the diagnostic computer.The issues it brought with JT, this man talked to my husband in a way that you should never talk to a customer. He was so disgusting, I couldn't believe it. This man knew what the issue was and made sure people didn't tell us. In the end we ended up paying $565 dollars on a car that already had it on and sold it like that. It makes me so angry that we still had to pay for it. I brought my car in and they diagnos my car that the other dealership was incapable of doing. They also accidentally broke one of my spark plugs, and instead of just replacing it and not telling me they called right away and informed me that a tech has accidentally broke a spark plug so they went ahead and replaced all 5 at no cost at all. The staff is very friendly and Informative. The location of this dealership is easy to locate and navigate to and around. They have a lot of used and new cars at very competitive prices. I'd highly recommend this gm Chevy dealership to anyone in the twin cities area. And to stay away from lupient Chevrolet.

Take my car in to get it fixed....pick it up, get home and we notice another issue. Finally get told that the timing chain is stretched and about to snap. Thousands of dollars to repair. Message David because he just told me days ago to come back and he would refund me my down payment. Told him I want my money back. He send me a nasty messages, deletes it and then blocks me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. So I reach out to the General Manage George McGuire. What a peach he was! Starts yelling at me yelling me it's my fault that I am having problems. He sold it to me "AS IS" with an extended warranty. Even went as far as to say "Now you have a broken car. If you're driving home today and it breaks into 10 pieces, now you have a 10 piece broken car". And this guy is the actual owner. Way to stand behind your cars and help people. I should have known. The reviews on David, George and Shakopee Chevrolet are horrible. If you have had a bad experience, send me a message. I would love to work with you! Do yourself a favor......go elsewhere!     12/9/2023 Had an…read moreinteresting experience with the Walser Auto Group. I was interested in a preowned car at their Chrysler Jeep store in Hopkins, showing their "Up Front (No Haggle) Best Price" on the windscreen. I was interested enough to started discussions with their Customer Specialist. The following day I find the car was moved to their "Walser Experienced Auto" store in Burnsville with a new "Up Front (No Haggle) Best Price" $2,399.99 Higher than their Hopkins store had it priced. I contacted the Customer Specialist along with the General Manager at the Burnsville store and asked if they would honor the previously posted price and was told NO, the new price was the UP FRONT (Haggle Free) BEST PRICE. Really? Since when do cars go up in value based on location in the same metro area?? In fairness I will say that the communication and response time with their staff at both locations was excellent and appreciated! I do however question the ethics and definitions used by the Walser Group regarding "UP FRONT (No Haggle) BEST PRICE". Is it possible that used car marketeers have learned nothing, given what they have experienced over the last 4 years? Are they still playing games? Spoiler Alert ... Your Buyers are Smarter Than This!! Please Do Your Research!! No Metro Dealer is the only game in town..... Thanks, MRR

    I wanted to love buying a car here…read more I came in test drove one car. Went home, called my bank, got a check for the whole amount, called them and told them I would be in the next day to hand them the check and pick up the car. I arrived, the car was dirty, had 1/4 tank of gas and they made me sit there for an hour while the guy filled out the paperwork and continued to try and sell me one thing after another while having his manager come over. Why would I want a maintenance warranty from a place that couldn't even do basic things right? I did all the leg work for them and the customer service was rude, lazy and I wouldn't recommend them at all!
