It is now 5 years later and I had noticed two shingles lifting a little and I had a leak in my gutter. I contacted Glen and he quickly responded. He came out the next day and repaired the shingles and the gutter at no charge. It's pretty amazing to have a contractor stand behind their work nowadays; let alone 5 years after they did the work. I'd like to thank Glen for having a company that stands behind their word and work. I highly recommend Hammer Time Roofing if you are looking for a company to replace your roof or gutters.

We had a disaster when an insulation installer punched two huge holes in our bedroom and family…read moreroom ceilings and caused cracks in three other rooms. We were extremely distraught, fearing that our home would not be corrected properly and that its resale value would be significantly compromised. To complicate matters, we have popcorn ceilings and did not want three rooms with flat ceilings while the rest of the house remained textured. We decided to have the damaged areas corrected to match the existing popcorn texture. We asked the insulation installer to contact Humphrey Drywall of High Point, NC, as we had previously used them for a small job with excellent results. Brian and Speedy from Humphrey Drywall did a fabulous job restoring our ceilings to perfect condition. They are true miracle workers--there is absolutely no discernible difference between the repaired areas and the rest of the ceilings. They are one of the few drywall companies capable of working with popcorn ceilings, and they are the absolute best at their craft. I wholeheartedly recommend Brian and Speedy, at Humphrey Drywall, for any drywall or painting projects. If your home still has popcorn ceilings like ours, Humphrey Drywall is the only company to call.

This was to include front porch and convert 2 car garage to a primary suite and laundry/mudroom. The quality of the work was sub par. The crew seldom used framing squares or a level during the build. This resulted in obvious sub par finishes. Door casings not aligned or level, caulk was heavily relied on in order to cover up gaps and errors. Frank used the framing carpenters for all detail work instead of hiring skilled tradesmen. We decided to purchase on our own specific quality materials because Frank took many short cuts and purchased cheap materials, again ignoring best business practices. Frank frequently was not here for supervision. Often, this resulted in things needing to be redone. He received his final payout and disappeared leaving his business sign and our side entrance without a handrail, which was to be compled the next day for safety. There has been NO FOLLOW-UP, no contact from Frank to inquire about our current satisfaction. We live in a townhome community in Guildford County that was impacted by a tornado in mid-March…read more2021. Our Homeowners Association and Property Management Company are truly horrid and so many homeowners were fuming when the HOA told homeowners that we *had to* use the contractor of the HOA's choice to repair the roofs and home exteriors that homeowners are financially responsible for. "Or else". The HOA had positioned themself to be the middle-man & control the project and homeowner billing but Crossover stepped up at our HOA Meeting and said "Homeowners should work directly with us". It turns out Crossover is the ONLY good thing the HOA has ever done for the Community. And we don't think they did it on purpose... Mary Jane is the company's owner. She was very well spoken, professional, friendly, reassuring, at the HOA Meeting and answered all homeowner's questions. She gave us all her mobile number an email. She offered free tarping to homes still in need. Then Crossover arrived bright and early one morning and spent the day in the community and inspected each individual unit and supplied each homeowner with an estimate and answered questions - employees sure were easy to spot with their bright orange shirts! We had 2 licensed roofers come to our home for quotes prior to Crossover being contracted by the HOA. Crossover's quote on our roof repair was right on the nose, so, yay! Our roof looked like it had minor damage with just a handful of shingles missing but it rained one night and water started coming in right over a bunch of electrical - ugh! We contacted Mary Jane well past normal business hours and got a super fast response. A crew arrived at our home the next morning, 1st thing. They were wearing masks (Covid-19 protocol) when they came to the door and were respectful of the property - when they finished repairing the roof they cleaned up the yard front, side, back. Very nice warranty on the repair performed. Plenty of payment options - we chose to call the office and pay with a credit card. The office staff was very pleasant. I've watched Crossover crews work on homes around me and I've seen them lay tarps down around the homes to catch most of the debris. I've seen employees walking the community picking up debris that was blown by the wind as they worked. Roofing is messy business and even more so with the weather we've been having! I highly recommend Crossover. Great communication & customer service. Very respectful of the property they are working on. Competitive pricing.

The most amazing thing was the shed it was almost completely covered with vines on one side and tree limbs on the other, I thought I would have to hire a landscaper to trim everything back. But no, these guys brought their own chainsaw and tools and cut everything back off the shed and replaced the roof. The new roofs look great, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to do roof work!
