We are a commercial retail business in Chico and have enormous front windows that had gotten especially dirty during the smoke of the Camp Fire. MultiServe More Than Just Cleaning cleaned them spotless and also removed hard water stains. They cleaned every single window on the property for us, including our renter's windows and now all of the windows are super clean. The pricing was very reasonable and the worker was eager to get work. These guys are exterior cleaning pros and told me they can also come by and do any type of cleaning we need, so I'm hiring them again to work on some other areas of the property that need to be cleaned. There is an upstairs to our business, too, and they got those windows spotlessly clean. Also, they cleaned the front doors really nicely, getting around the signage and making them look brand new. It is totally worth the cost to have the exterior and interior windows cleaned by professionals, since we are busy with the store and don't have time to do it ourselves. There is no way we could get those windows as clean as MultiServe More Than Just Cleaning exterior cleaning pros did for us. I highly recommend!

He gave me a quote and I was to send him half upfront and the other half when the job is complete. I sent him 200.00, a quote of 400.00 for the job. Once here, he says there would be an increase on the quote due to the fact the pics I sent didn't really show the amount. So the charge for his service went from 400.00 to 575.00. I offered 550.00, he agreed. I came into the house and sent 75.00 because I am to provide half upfront, right? 275.00 now 275.00 after. He arrives with his co-worker and they do the work. They came back again a day or two later, but the job was not finished. That's ok. It needed several trips, but ....that night on the 4th of August I received a text (see pics) and he asked me for 200.00. Huh!? Thomas the owner of this business asked me for the rest of the money, 275.00 without finishing but boy did he promise not to screw me over, he did. I waited for 2 weeks for him to come and finish for 2 weeks!!! He got everything he asked of me and i got ripped off. I sent the money for fear he would not come back, he never came back and will not provide me with any refund for the work he was paid for but chose not to do. What a dick!!! I guess he takes advantage of women, i see another review that states she was ripped off. Professional? No....criminal? Yes! Maybe Thomas the ever so busy business owner who prides himself on being professional (can't even honor an agreement) will screw you over and rip you off too, just like me. I wouldn't recommend this loser after my experience I can describe him as nothing but trash.

He also failed to mention we had to pay $150 for him to come out for this worthless bid. He did mention he tries to book as many appointments in my area on one day so I'm sure he's charging everyone the $150 and doesn't care about actually fixing anything. I would not recommend this company nor would I recommend Fidelity Home Mortgage. What a horrible experience.
