Great drinks for a great price! Included the menu here for their martini drinks but that also had a good selection of beers and i think two wines. curious about the $2 mystery shot . the music was fun and perfect for the setting. the staff was also nice and checked on us frequently. Absolutely a gem in this midwestern city. It appears like hole-in-the-wall, but the level of sophistication, the theatrics of the bartenders and the overall ambience was top-notch. My wife and I stumbled upon it while casually riding our mobility scooters around downtown. We found it as it was opening for the day. The bartenders suggested various drinks to sample, while the bar steadily filled. In an hour, it was packed! Even though it became louder, the clientele enhanced the experience. read more

Great, hip bar we were not expecting to find in Mansfield. We had post dinner night caps - my wife's cocktail was craft quality and I could not resist when I saw their treasure trove of Blanton's! :-) Bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly. Patrons were as well. Very fun, we will be back. read more

Turn on the lights. For real for real. When its so dark.that I can't see the menu, you need to turn on the lights some. Its down a little side street. Took me a little time to find it. I get it. Supposedly cool speakeasy cocktail type spot. Its not Bartenders were smiling with no masks whatsoever. They were friendly but I want them to wear a mask. I was. Anyway. Guy down the block says this is the best cocktails in town. OK. I love martinis. Mini Martini and it was not strong at all. Only martini I drink is dry martini. Should be strong. Oh I'm missing Davenport my Houston friends. Menu is mostly appetizer type stuff and pizza. This whole town is full of spots where the main dish is pizza. I'm tired of pizza. Get creative. Its sit where you want. No social distancing. No Covid precautions I saw. I drank my one and left. If this is the best Mansfield has, that is pretty pitiful. Left sober and went to Cracker Barrel. read more

Martini's On Main - Dry martini lemon twist - Cocktail Bars Near Me - Mansfield, Ohio

Martinis on Main has both amazing drinks and ambiance! Great spot to sit, enjoy and catch up with friends!

Martini's feels like an upscale bar. At least when comparing it to others in Mansfield. This is right in the downtown area close to many restaurants. It has some good competition. The food menu isn't as impressive, but as a bar the drinks are the best in town. It must be said this should be thought of as a bar. It probably will disappoint you if you think of this as a restaurant. There isn't much of a food presence, only some tapas. It's not too bad since there's other restaurants close by. The drinks are better than any other bar so get some of those. I had the Gin Basil. This is about $8 which is a good price for quality. If you're looking for somewhere to drink in this town not full of hillbillies, try this bar. It easily has the best cocktails. They also have a nice patio. read more

Preamble: I'm from out of town so I had zero information about this place prior to arriving. I almost never order mixed drinks because I find them to be subpar most of the time; however, I am optimistic after coming here. I'm writing this review while still sitting at the bar. Firstly this place was confusing when showing up on a Friday night with no prior knowledge. We (my wife and her friend) were a little confused when walking in about how to order, and what was available. A menu was provided about drinks, but I think they should add in the menu to order drinks at the far end of the bar (far end being away from the door). My wife's friend ordered an espresso martini. I've had several bad espresso martinis. This espresso martini has set the bar so high that I'm sure it will never be contested. The New York Sour did something to me internally. It was beautiful and delicious. This drink made me question my life. Initially this place was packed, and the service reflected that. As the night continued, and the bar became less busy the service improved. The wait time for drinks was reflective of the amount of people in the bar. They also had a small humidor with a cigar selection available. Each cigar came with a pack of matches. The only thing stopping this place from getting 5 stars is if the bartenders were slightly more interactive. I'll acknowledge that they were extremely busy, but they appeared to be strictly business. If they got their own custom match boxes I would've given it 5 stars. This place was fancy and had all the esthetic. 10/10 would recommend. The glassware will do something for you if you have the ADHD like me. It's hefty, and feels nice in the hand. read more

Very cool cocktail bar. They do not serve food here, but it's a nice spot to grab a drink. I will return when I am back.

Great place in Mansfield! After we escaped the lame City Grille we wandered over to Martinis. The back alley has seating with candle-light, very quaint and beautiful. Unfortunately it was still a tad chilly so we opted to sit inside. Many tables and stools to select from, with that dark, calming atmosphere - I loved it. We were able to sit at a table and have great conversation with friends. The menu features some of the mixed drinks that they make. I opted for the caipirinha (vodka and crushed fruit), which was lime, very lime. It was strong and great to slowly sip while talking and people watching. The waitstaff was crazy nice! They checked on us often and brought water plus refills quickly. The later in the evening the more the crowd slowly changes from slightly older to the younger, but it was still enjoyable for the duration. You have to hang out at Martinis next time you are in Mansfield! read more

This classy bar/ pizzaria is the best that Mansfield has to offer when you want culture, a good beer, and an atmosphere that doesn't say trashy. The beer selection is fantastic. It includes domestic, imports, microbrews, lagers, and stouts. We're not talking just Bud Light and Dos Equis here. I mean Left Hand Milk Stout, Rouge Dead Guy, and Framboise. Unfortunately, they only carry one draught beer at a time, but who can complain with such a good selection of specialty beers? Specialty beers range from $4 and up. Their "house mixology" is stellar as well. Little Beer is a local favorite shot, and my personal favorite martini is the Lemon Drop. I think martinis are priced around $8. Food-wise, the menu is limited to pizzas and cheese trays. These are not your ordinary pizzas. I'm not even sure they have pepperonis. The pizzas are made in a wood fired stove, and everything is made to order. You can actually see it being made. My favorite is the prosciutto pizza. I never remember how much the pizzas are, but they're worth every penny! Martini's also sells cigars that you may buy and enjoy on the patio. Being a nonsmoker, I cannot say much about the selection, quality, or price. Atmosphere is classy. There are indoor booths and outdoor seating. Come early if you want to sit outside; those tables fill up fast. The age demographic is diverse. You will see a range from mid-twenties to early-fifties. There is no obvious dress code. I have seen ladies dressed to the nines, guys wearing shorts and long socks, casual tshirts, and bare middrifts. According to the employees, their busiest night is Friday. This is the night I typically go. I never wait long for a drink. Their servers are very tentative. Food does take awhile since it is made to order. Saturdays they may have a live band play on the patio and occasionally they will have an outdoor movie showing. Their website has a list of events. I've never been there on a regular weekday to know what they are like. Overall, Martini's on Main is a perfect match for anyone who wants a specialty drink with a hand made pizza that is far from the typical bar. read more

Had very high hopes for this place however it's just not that great. Very narrow bar and eating area so if you don't enjoy getting your chair hit by other patrons every 30 seconds it may not be the place for you. The food was nothing notable as we tried several pizzas both of which tasted like they were frozen. If you like bar pizza and pricey drinks this could be your kinda place...I'm not a fake review...and it's silly to think you can contact anyone off this post...just not my cup of tea. read more

Dropped in here randomly as I was in town for a track day at Mid Ohio Sports Car Course. Fantastic! I really like this place...reminds me of "Cheers" ...the staff is very professional and the martinis are so so delicious. Pizzas are presented nicely and healthy. So much better than what one is used to. A classy place for Mansfield, Ohio. Be sure to check it out! read more

Came to Mansfield Ohio for a week for work and was in search of a good bar to go to and I'm glad I found Martini's on Main. Hours - Theyre open til 1am on the weekdays (Mondays - closed) The place is very hard to find in the dark since the sign has no lights and it's in black and white. If you are driving on N Main St (one way) and you see the neon lights for the Diner on the left, you've gone to far. It's in the same block and a few businesses before the diner. Curry was our server the 1st night and we ordered 5 pizzas total. All different kinds, all recommended by Curry and they were all very good. It was cooked just right, more on the thin slice, and had the perfect amount of crispiness. We also ordered the cheese plate and that was decent. I'd go for the pizza over the cheese plate. Overall, Joyce, Kat, and Curry were all awesome hosts and definitely made the trip to Mansfield Ohio worth it. Joyce even went out of her way to get a certain liquor they didn't have for us the next day we went. You guys definitely know how to please your customers. Definitely go to chill and hang out here read more

I'd like to split this review into two sections to be fair to the establishment. First, I'd like to review it as a bar, and then I'll give you my two cents on Martini's as a restaurant. The bar is excellent. It has an interesting cocktail menu and a robust selection of good wines. They are all priced well and nothing will break the bank. In fact, many of the bottles of wine, if not all, can be obtained for half price if you come early. The bar is also stocked with many selections of top shelf liquors. I really enjoyed the setting and there is a beautiful patio out back. I came in on a Tuesday evening looking for dinner. Here is where I failed to do some homework. From other reviews, I was under the impression that they had a full kitchen. However, the menu is small and, though it is tapas based, there are only a few options. I opted for the charcuterie plate which had adequate cheeses and meats. I think there is an opportunity here to showcase some local cheese options. But the Spanish Manchego was good and the smoked gouda was tasty. The bread was fresh and also seasoned well. The meats were also adequate. Martini's also offers a cheese plate, olives, sardines, tuna but that's about it. I was full by the time I left but I would have liked a little more options on the tapas menu here. I spoke to the bartender who said they no longer offer pizzas. I appreciate the philosophy behind the decision as they want more interaction between patrons. It is a great idea; however, they would be better served with a few more dinner options or shareable plates on the menu. Martini's is, however, a really good local place to spend an evening. Parking is easy and it's a really nice setting in an otherwise food dessert in OH. read more

Do yourself a favor and don't subject yourself to one of the many chain restaurants while in Mansfield. Instead check out Martini's for food and drinks that possess excellent taste and impeccable presentation. Pizzas made in a wood fired stove and cocktails with fresh ingredients and proper glassware to boot. This place is a diamond in the rough for this city. If you're a local you know about it and if you're passing through, you need to. Enjoy! read more

Martinis is a great place to gather and meet with friends. The staff is wonderful and very mindful to the needs of everyone in the bar, even when they're extremely busy. Went to Mansfield for the haunted prison. Who knew our quick stop off for a drink was going to be the highlight of the trip? This place is amazing! Great drinks, phenom atmosphere, attractive staff, and tasty pizza (even if they are a bit soup nazi about toppings). Thanks for the absinthe and warm cider/rum on a chilly fall evening! oh, and thank you to the yelpers who made this place known to me. read more

Spent a few hours at Martini's for drinks and dinner just the other night, and was so impressed I wanted to write a review right away. I'd call the atmosphere "classy casual", with a nice looking bar and comfortable yet elegant decor. The building is narrow, laid out with the long bar along the wall on the left and cafe-type bench/table seating on the right. There appears to be a patio in back. I was there on a Saturday, and it filled right up with a good diverse crowd. Some people were in jeans, like me, and some were more dressed up - either felt fine. The lighting was dim and the music was lively. The biggest standout to me is the beer selection. Approximately 25 bottled beers and 1 tap, the menu is entirely hand-chosen and offers the best of the best from domestic and international craft breweries. PBR is there if you need, but there's a tremendous variety beyond that to choose from. I'm originally from the area, and you simply won't find a better selection of craft beers. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about the beer selection and will gladly give descriptions and recommendations. (Mixed drinks are served, but I didn't try one...I was too into the beer.) The menu is simple: cheese plates and craft pizza, and the pizza oven is very noticeable at the far end of the bar. Expect a more authentic Italian pizza here, i.e. NOT your standard Domino's, etc, and sized for a single person. Creative ingredients and flavorful combinations include portobello mushrooms, truffle oil, fresh mozzarella, etc, although the crust was a little breadier than I expected for the style. The cheese plate was impressive, too, with one of the boldest gorgonzolas I've ever run across. All in all, a great place to hang out with friends and enjoy some great atmosphere and eats, right in downtown Mansfield! read more

The classiest, most chill restaurant / bar in town bar none! I'm a person who notices details and besides having gourmet food and drinks, a friendly and knowledgeable staff, and an absolutely wonderful atmosphere, this place also has a super classy decore featuring flower arrangements, ornate vaulted ceilings and a patio that has a European / Venitian feel to it. I really like the all brick outdoor dining patio with an outdoor covered brick area with tables as well - sweet! What's more? I over heard someone talking about a huge birthday party someone had there recently so I guess you can book the place for parties too. This is my new favorite bar! read more

I enjoyed this bar, and our server was hands down TERRIFIC!!! My only criticism is that they don't list the ingredients of your drink, so when you order a gin basil at a bar called Martini's, I expect a gin martini, but that isn't even close to what is served. The drink is lovely and very tasty, but if you're expecting a martini, no luck. As far as the food, we ordered the sage sausage pizza, which was appetizer sized, and OK. read more

Nice place. Ate here on a Tuesday night. Was the only group in the place between 6:30 and 8. We ordered literally everything on the menu. The pizzas are very good and I would recommend any of them. The drinks on the other hand are a bit small. If you prefer a straight scotch expect a very small drink as compared to most places. I would come again regardless because the pizzas were awesome. read more

Great drink choices, friendly staff, clean, good pizzas. Cute outdoor area and plenty of indoor seating at and away from the bar.
