flatbread

Unfortunately my experience here wasn't great, the brussel sprouts were delicious however the burger, flatbread, and fries were all flavorless and lack luster. The service was also incredibly slow, so much so that my friends and I had to run around to find a server so we could get our check. the ambience is beautiful but i do wish the service was more attentive and the food wasn't so one note

Another delicious martini for ladies night!!!

We stopped in for drinks and apps during happy hour. Started off very rough & service was bad. Once someone gave us attention after over 10 minutes, all was better. We ordered everything off the $10 happy hour menu - perogies, truffle fries, crispy green beans, spicy cauliflower, a few beers, wine & a martini. Ambiance is pretty. Honestly 3.5 stars. Not sure we will rush back.

Man I hate to do this. I really want to like Martini's on Broadway, but I just can't. The food - not good. It just wasn't. I got the coconut mango shrimp as an appetizer. It was probably the most bland dish I've ever eaten in my life, and I'm not exaggerating. It tasted nothing like mango or coconut, and even the shrimp lacked any shrimp flavor. The other confusing thing was that the shrimp was sitting on a bland, dry salad of some kind. It was terrible. I ordered the flank steak. I ordered it medium. The plate that it was on was so warm that it continued to cook the steak, so after two bites the steak was now well done. The potatoes were so garlic forward that I nearly coughed. Girlfriend got the short rib, and it had a really sweet sauce on it? And the risotto was overcooked. I was honestly shocked. The service - the people were friendly, and this is the only reason why this place gets 2* instead of 1*, because the actual service was horrendous. We were all but forgotten. We ordered drinks when we sat down and it took them 30-45 minutes to get them to us. We eventually had to call someone over and let them know that we had tickets to see a show next door, so we needed our food or we were going to have to abandon the dinner. The food eventually came 20 minutes before the show was due to start (we arrived 1hr 30min early, per website instructions). The ambiance was neither here nor there because everything else was so poor. Our table violently wobbled anytime anyone rested their elbow on the surface, so that wasn't great. I actually spilled my very bland cocktail because of the wobbly table. The cherry on top is that this place isn't the cheapest. Everything we ordered was way overpriced. I'm really honestly shocked that they have the gall to charge what they charge, because that food was not good, and it took forever. If you have tickets to the theatre next door, I'd highly recommend eating anywhere else.

Incredible food, drinks and service. Seated immediately when we walked in. Our server was GREAT! We've wanted sometime to go there and it didn't disappoint at all. It's worth the trip.

We came her for dinner before a show at Pitman theater. We had reserved a high top table but there was a mix up with the reservation system (according to the hostess). We ended up seated at a four top table. Our night started out well but our server was extremely pushy in trying to get us to order dinner. We told her multiple times we were having dinner before the show and we were enjoying our martinis before eating. She finally gave us some time to ourselves and we had a seconded martini and then ordered our meals. Decent place to go before a show at Pitman theater. Just make sure to enjoy your time there and order at your pace.

Special menu Texas Chimi-Chop - awesome!

We stopped in before a play at the Broadway theater which is right next door. Pleasantly surprised, we were seated right away with our reservation. Our server, Kim was excellent. Plenty of help delivering food, clearing plates, etc. No messy tables. I ordered a special pork Texas Chimi-Chop, 12 oz bone in served with beans and rice, salsa and veggies. The chop was about an inch thick and cooked to perfection. Very tender and juicy. If you are going to see a play, reservations are a must as the place was packed with theater-goers. The main dining room can be very loud. Attractive venue, clean restrooms. We can't wait to go again, I hope the chop becomes a menu item.

Went to Martini's with a friend for a late lunch. It was very quiet only a few people. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. We had the Wednesday specials - Old Fashions & Classic Burgers with truffle fries. The old fashions were great, the burger was okay. The truffle fries were oily so they were not crunchy but soft. We got the bruschetta for an appetizer- looked great but not a normal bruschetta. Lots of mixed cabbage & vinaigrette. I would go again for the drinks & waitstaff. The food was okay.

Cute little spot for dinner and a drink before a show at the theater next door! Also love that they're connected so you can go get a cocktail during intermission without going outside. We did a fixed price menu and the food was good, options were obviously limited per the menu but portions were huge and tasty. Cocktails were nice as well, I love a theme moment so the cocktail for the show we were seeing was a cute touch. Espresso martini was an A+. Parking is easy on the street, and overall can't wait to come back for another date night and show!

Made reservations online, they recommend it, the place is not big but cute place, friendly works, food was amazing it was my first time having brunch there, been there for dinner and also just for the martinis and every time I been there has been a good experience, food was gooood we at it all.

"Chicken Parm"

While the server and atmosphere were great, the food not so much. There is no way this is considered "Chicken Parm" . ($26) It was good. The chicken was crispy. Sauce was good. Pasta was cooked nice. There was no cheese to be considered a parm. Had to ask for salt & pepper. They don't keep them on the table . I asked for grated cheese, it was brought to me in a metal shot glass. Very overpriced. Very disappointed.

This was only my second time at the Chop House (my first being about year ago for my wife's…read morebirthday) even though my wife's family are what you could call regulars. My wife again chose The Chop House for her birthday dinner celebration and for great reason! We came on her birthday, a Tuesday evening, for drinks and appetizers in the bar area. The gentleman working valet was very respectful and professional and while I can take or leave valet in most cases, he definitely added to the upscale experience of the entire night. Upon seating ourselves at a high-top, both bartenders on shift greeted us with huge smiles and very warm hello's. They are familiar faces to my wife's family and were genuinely happy to see us. Unfortunately, we learned my wife's family's favorite server, Debbie, recently retired but great for her! The bartenders were fabulous themselves. Service, personability, mixology skills were all top-notch. They fit the sophisticated vibe of the restaurant perfectly. We started with drinks of course! A Stoli Elit Martini with a twist, a Dirty Martini, an Apple Butter Old Fashioned, and a Tito's and Club. The drinks came out beautifully. Smooth, chilled. I ordered the Apple Butter Old Fashioned as I was intrigued, but skeptical. While I thought it was good, I'd prefer a regular or Smoked Old Fashioned to the Apple Butter. My wife loved it though. We ordered lots of food to split and each appetizer we picked was as good if not better than the next. The Tuna Nachos fresh and had a tropical, savory flavor with pineapple mixed in. The Kona Tips were tender, full of flavor coming from the Kona crust and sautéed mushrooms/onions, and were served in a skillet full of sauce perfect for soaking up with bread. I actually liked the Kona Tips appetizer more than I liked the Kona Crust I got on my NY Strip I ordered last year (the Strip was great I'd just prefer no Kona crust on the entree). The Flatbread De Jour was a Kona Tip flatbread, which you may call us crazy for ordering two Kona Tip inspired appetizers, but the Kona Tips are just that good. The Oysters we had were small (just how I like them) and were up there with the best Oysters I've had. We finished up with Fried Calamari. They were lightly battered, fried nicely, tender, and served over a bed of different hot peppers (when I say hot, I mean it!). Everything was delicious and there wasn't one appetizer we chose that I wouldn't order again or recommend to others. We did order a few more drinks throughout the night -- another Elit Martini and a Hendrix Martini with the appetizers and then Bailey's on the rocks and Frangelico on the rocks as after dinner, dessert drinks. We ordered a Brownie Sundae for the table for my wife's birthday while she was excused from the table and the bartender brought it out with a lit candle. The bartender also brought out a complementary miniature Crème Brûlée for my wife as she acknowledged The Chop House's Crème Brûlée as one of her favorites earlier in the night when we were talking about the menu. I thought the entire night went as good as you could have hoped. Valet, bar service, food, drinks, desserts, atmosphere. Everything was amazing and most importantly my wife had a great birthday. This is two years in a row we celebrated her birthday at The Chop House and I wouldn't mind seeing this turn into her birthday tradition.

Surprised I haven't been here sooner. Very nice restaurant between fancy and casual with table &…read morecloth napkins. Mike our server was fantastic! He checked on us through out our meal to ensure we were enjoying our meal. We had the calamari and dozen raw oysters which were both fresh and delicious. We had the Chophouse steak experience which worked out perfectly for our table of four and actually could've feed 5 easily. It consisted of 4 cuts of steaks and my favorites were the filet and ribeye. They were seasoned perfectly and grilled medium rare. Our sides were mashed potatoes, CH hash browns, and grilled asparagus. The weakest link was the asparagus which were small in size but still tasty. I will definitely be back based on service, food and value. This is a perfect restaurant for celebrations, dates and casual dining. Definitely a gem of a restaurant. Will be back sooner than later.

This review covers a few visits. Happy hour, good deal, tasty food and drinks and pretty good…read moreservice, would recommend. Group event, went as part of a holiday party and the food, service and wine were all on point. This was a long happy hour not sit down so I cannot attest to a large group sit down dinner. Lastly dining in the main dining room, 6 people, Saturday night. Service was thin, read, our server was busy with a large group in the back and the neglect was evident. Now this doesn't mean the rest of the restaurant crew couldn't step in but really didn't. We were graced with a water refill once over the course of the dinner, although the friendly server who did pour the water said she walks around to fill water, she was never seen again. Our entrees were brought by a group of servers who disappeared after placement of the plates. So it would appear people were working they just seemed to ignore our table. Food was great, I wouldn't have gone if I didn't think the food was on par, but spending this kind of money you want a balance of service and food. You can see the accumulation of glasses that went on removed between wines. Now happy hour is discounted and you are at the bar so you get front and center service. Standing in the group room you are able to flag a server, sitting in the middle of the dining area and being largely ignored just rubs you the wrong way. I had two people ask why are you going to Flemings when I told them our plans. A competing steak house at the Cherry Hill Mall, we have attended many, many times without fail. You don't know how good you have it until you go someplace else and realize service is a lost art at some places. I am posting more for public service announcement, i would hope management reviews and tries to address this rather large service gap. I have never had this issue at the capital Grill, so it is disappointing to encounter it here, particularly when the food was on point.
