He contacted me. He came out on a Saturday. Assessed the situation and said he would be out the next day Sunday to fix it!! I did not believe that that would ever happen he showed up Sunday the next day and he fixed everything by himself and did not charge me a dimeand we are already Over our warranty by a little over a year and a half. I don't know too many companies that would do that service --- so in my opinion, if you're gonna get a fence company get Burger Fence family owned great people and deal directly with your sales reps. The quote included removal and disposal of all the old fencing and even took a small section that my neighbor removed from his yard. Nivaldo and his two workers were very mindful and left the yard a walkways cleaner than when they started. The cost was right in line with what I expected. After he left, I texted him my name, address and email address. Afterwards, Allstate disappeared. The texts which I sent on Mon., 8/3 and Wed., 8/5 looking for the promised quote have gone unanswered (today is Friday, 8/8).
