This time the lady doing my pedicure was very distracted..taking phone calls, constantly walking away. When it came time for the wax bags she put them on my feet and warm towels..THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO GO OUTSIDE IN FRONT OF THEIR BIG WINDOW AND DID YOGA!! I kid you not..the girl next to me said what the heck is she doing? She left me sitting there for 15-20 minutes..which by then the towels were cold. Then she comes in heads straight to the wax room to do a waxing on someone. I waited a few more minutes but by then was livid..I asked one of the other technicians to please finish my pedicure. They got the wet towels and wax off. I got up to pay and the tech that worked on me came out of the room yelling across the room - are you paying cash or card?? In a low voice I said card, she said how much? I told her the cost of the service, no tip. She said NO TIP??!? I told her no...I had to call someone to finish her work, no tip. Then she says , loudly..you had very bad callouses I give you extra treatment. Are you kidding me?? I left very upset, all of the salon knowing it but I paid for the $70 pedicure, with no massage. Will never go there again

Went to get my hair done a few weeks ago, and booked with someone new at The Wright Look. It's been…read morealmost 3 years since I got a haircut, so I was pretty excited, but a little nervous. I have previously seen Kaitlyn, who always has been absolutely spectacular. Perhaps it was my own fault for assuming that everyone would be able to replicate Kaitlyn's work but after I got home and tried to settle it myself I realized it was not at all what I had asked for. I wouldn't even say it was necessarily a bad cut, but very different than I was looking for. I don't want to name the stylist as I think she did try her best, it just wasn't a good fit for me. She was kind and friendly and I think for other people she would probably do some great cuts, it just wasn't good on my hair or what I had hoped for. The most frustrating part was that I did call to try and see if I could get in to have somebody fix my hair, because it was not what I asked for. I called twice. The first time the phone disconnected, which was probably nothing to do with them. I was calling from Ukiah and service there is patchy sometimes. However, I did call again the next day and left a message asking for someone to return my call and never received one. I didn't leave a whole lot of detail in the message, but I did leave my name and phone number and let them know that I just gotten my haircut and I would like to have some thing redone. I would've happily paid to have Kaitlyn fix my hair, but I never got a call back. I will say that the person I went to at another salon confirmed that there were no layers as I had requested, and that my bangs were not even as the stylist had barely brushed them out. Sassy's Salon was able to get me in fairly quickly and did fix my hair in under a half an hour which I was incredibly grateful for.

It's a total transformation with someone's appearance. We would of been excited with an "alright job". Instead he came out literally looking like a 5-8 year old cut his hair, not only was it uneven on every side of his head and face, he has big chunks of long and short hairs at random sections all over his head and face. Can't believe this operator ( Joseph) was ok with sending his paying client out the door looking the way he did. Very disappointed.
